Very nice insoles. My left is leg shorter than the right causing lower back pain. This insole in my left shoe is perfect to even out the difference. They are gel like but firm, it didn’t change the comfortableness of my cushy tennis shoes. I feel they will hold up well for a long time. I will buy again for the rest of my shoes.

I was in a walking boot for several months due to a foot injury. I used these to level my un-injured side with the height of the boot, as none of my shoes were tall enough to level me properly. Most of the time I had one in the shoe of my non-injured foot as recommended by the orthotist who fitted me with the boot. Occasionally I needed to bring the injured foot up to match the shoe I was wearing on the good foot. These worked well for both purposes, and I believe using these heel lifts helped prevent a secondary injury by keeping me balanced. Very comfortable, once I got used to them I hardly knew they were there.

Overall good ordering process. Insoles came sealed, well packaged and new. The pricepoint is good. Insoles fits as expected. Should not be used for slip on under ankle footwear. Suited better for deeper, ankle cut and above footwear. The honeycomb structure provides excellent support and cushion. The solid tab at the middle of the heel enhances support, comfort and stability.

My right leg is longer than my left due to two separate breaks of my tibia, these help raise my left side so my gait is even. If you are going to walk alot, you might want to wear wicking socks or the smooth top cover might start peeling off

I love these lifts. They are soft, comfortable, and supportive to my feet. They are not hard at all and do provide the 1/2 inch boost they claim. I only need the lift for my right foot but am able to comfortably use the left-foot lift for my right so there is no waste. The only downside is that they are not truly appropriate for low-profile shoes. My heel easily comes out of a pair of flats or oxfords while wearing this lift. The problem is more evident in my soft leather shoes than, say, a pair of Toms or stiff-backed dress shoes. I suppose that's to be expected with a half-inch lift.

Good design but Poor quality

I purchased this because it's a .5" insert and I only need it in one shoe. thought this would be perfect for my sneakers, but it's not 100% comfortable. Since I only need the .5" insert in one shoe, I always notice it as fitting slightly uncomfortable. The orange circle doesn't bother me at all, but the blue material that extends beyond the arch area isn't a smooth transition, and it's just an annoyance since it's not seamless. And it keeps coming out when I take off my shoes, so I'm constantly adjusting it each time I put on my shoes to make.

Super comfy and exceeded my expectations. I will buy more.
