Sweet Mandarin Gluten Free Black Bean Sauce, 220 ml

Sweet mandarin have completely revolutionised home cooking of Chinese food. For years I have been trying other sauces and even tried making my own from various recipes on the net and in books and none have been more than barely edible. I had all but given up until I discovered Sweet Mandarin! The black bean and Hoi sin sauces are absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for making delicious chinese food now available at home and with so little effort!

When this arrived it had a build up of pressure within the bottle and when I opened it, half the contents shot out, a bit like champagne! I used some in cooking and when I went to use more a few days later, the same thing had happened. It seems as though there is some kind of reaction going on in the bottle that catering a build up of pressure. For this reason, I wouldn't re-order, which is a shame as it tasted nice, but I lost over half the contents!

Quite difficult to find locally. This is very good as it provides another taste to those suffering with gluten and wheat allergies. Seller apologised for not dispatching on day one. Well packed and safe through the post.

Very nice subtle taste and flavour makes the dish turn to sweet or savory.
