My daughter asked for this starter pack for Christmas. This is an excellent value for the quantity and quality of this tinned fish. The taste and seasonings are amazing. She said that she likes the versatility when she entertains. She was amazed at the quantity included in this pack.

I cannot recommend these enough! They're the perfect starter for getting into tinned fish. For yourself, friends, or family. I keep recommending it but the stigma runs too deep lol. Was extremely delicious. Turned my husband and I under tinned fish snobs and baguette buyers for life. Highly recommend baguette slices toasted and then you put the fish on top. Depending on the fish, a sprinkle of lemon too is DIVINEEEE

I love these products. They're delicious. You wouldn't think fish in a can would be such a great idea but these changed my mind. They are expensive but totally worth it. A lot of care goes into these fish.

Saw this pitched on Shark Tank and thought I would give it a try. I wasn't into tinned fish until my first bite. I usually don't like oil based fish but it wasn't an issue with these items. The flavor is incredible and you taste the fish and seasonings first, the oil is very light and does not overpowered. I'M IN LOVE with the SMOKED TROUT! And immediately ordered more. The Sardines are delicious! I especially like that the texture of the fish is firm, not mushy. And the quality is top shelf. If you're on the fence about eating tinned fish, try Fishwives before you decide, you won't be disappointed!

My previous experience with tinned fish was the inexpensive type many people keep in the cupboard in case of power outages or for camping/hiking trips when you do not want to carry a stove. This starter pack was my introduction to premium tinned fish. The fish in this starter pack is several steps above in appearance and taste. I will keep Fishwife tins in my cupboard to cover me during power outages or hikes, but most will be used for easy to prepare meals at home. The Fishwife website has several excellent recipes.

These are delicious! What a great variety! And such a better price than what I got them for at my local grocery store. I plan to reorder these. They’re expensive, but you you can taste the quality. It has that “wow” factor. I like each one a lot but I’m partial to salmon and cod. The oil is ample but the right amount and consistency. For me, one can and a side or two makes a meal. A great snack at the very least.

So far, my favorite was the rainbow trout. Nice pieces. Loved the recipes they suggested. I made lemon angel hair pasta with sautéed onions and red peppers in the olive oil the fish came in. Added dill and it was incredibly good.

Not your grandma’s tinned tuna! This is the Lamborghini of fish! Try it and you’ll immediately taste that its well worth the price. The smoked trout with red chimichurri sauce is one of my favorites and I love the smoked salmon, too! Sardines in preserved lemon - fab! Get the starter pack and you’ll feel differently about canned fish and it’s something we should all be eating, now. Why mot eat the best?
