I have no idea how or why this works. I was really, really cautious and mean and did all the research. There is plenty of research on vitex on PubMed, but knowing if an herb works is not even half of the battle. I researched the Pink Stork labs and their supposed accreditation, and yeah, they seem legit. I checked out Consumer Labs and NOW, and yeah, this product checked out! (Feel free to see my scathing reviews of products that did not meet my threshold) This pill is exactly what you expect in terms of proper manufacturing - full bottle, sealed right, no weird smells. The energy and mood boost are incredible. I am taking this because none of my doctors can help me with my lupus symptoms, and my PCP and I are exploring hormone balancing (since lupus is tied to hormones, and hormones like FSH recruit ANAs). Well, it worked. I feel five years younger (pre lupus). I am not floating flattering stupid happy - I feel grounded and assertive and more in control. I bought these from the actual Pink Stork site because Amazon keeps unpublished these, likely because they require vendors to give Amazon the cheapest price. I don't know. But the official site is about as fast and sometimes cheaper, and you can see what other products they make, and you can research their manufacturing practices, mission statement, etc. Two of these a day, and you feel much better!

I only took it briefly. I did notice hormone swings, so I stopped. I don’t think it fixed my period because I never ended up having one. But I did get pregnant, and she’s due in just a handful of weeks now. I honestly think this product might have played a role.

Having issues getting pregnant while breastfeeding. Took me a few months to get my period back after stopping birth control. Started tracking my ovulation like a crazy person. Found this product and bought it, was pregnant my next cycle. I still have two pills left from the bottle ! My son is now almost 6 months old. Coincidence ? Maybe. But I don’t think so ! I’ve been trying to get pregnant again for almost 1.5 years now. I took these for two months and all of a sudden I started having intense mood swings. Like full on rage incidents, panic attacks afterward and a really short fuse toward everything. Obviously this wasn’t healthy, the only thing I had changed was taking these so I stopped and I already feel 100% better. Maybe these aren’t the answer for me, but otherwise I had no other issues.

I’m so sorry to write this review but I write it with crying I was very happy after 9 years I get pregnant and we were very very blessed and happy to have a baby finally I took this pill with Cassava twin formula and boy formula at the same time for two months but unfortunately last night doctors in hospital find that I had a miscarriage in 8 weeks I’m very sad and can’t stop crying after 9 years but everything disappeared and destroyed in one hour. It’s almost one year that I live in Canada as a refugee we have many problems especially financial issues and I can’t afford to buy them again it’s really heartbreaking.💔😭

I took this supplement for cycle regulation, as many women do. What I didn’t know is that at 1,000mg, chasteberry can significantly raise your prolactin levels. Mine more than tripled while I was taking it, which was discovered during fertility bloodwork. Elevated prolactin can interfere with ovulation, cycle regularity, and fertility treatment outcomes. Once I stopped taking it and was treated to bring my levels down, my prolactin returned to a completely normal range — confirming the supplement was the cause. Chasteberry isn’t inherently dangerous, but the 1,000mg dose is potent and the hormonal impact is real. If you are actively trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatment, or have ever had elevated prolactin, please consult your doctor before taking this. It is marketed as a gentle herbal supplement but it acts more like a pharmacologically active dose at this strength. I wish I had known this sooner. Sharing so someone else doesn’t have to find out the hard way.

I guess is good make you nice and wet you know where the valley. I don't need lubricant but it give me extra. I don't know if this will happened to everyone but did to me. And if your husband is gifted them enjoy the miles.

Got my period back almost 13 months postpartum after taking this for two weeks. I don’t have any nausea as I was worried about.
