Love these gummies. Honestly I don't know if they are doing me any good, but they taste great!

The taste is fruity and just makes you wanna eat the whole bottle! I used them for a couple months and can see its really helped the condition of my hair and growth. Repurchased because of this. Nails have also grown much stronger and longer quicker.

I feel like these made a small change however I changed brand after as cheaper and more of them which have also worked great but maybe these gave them a head start

Bought, to try and save my hair, after a gastric bypass. Early days, yet, so can't say ATM. But they are tasty, and chewable, which is needed at the beginning of my wls journey.

These taste like sweeties, similar to wine gums, but I haven’t noticed any difference to my hair or skin yet. Maybe you need to take them for many months before they are effective.

I will update this in a couple of months. I’ve only gone through half a bottle so far so I haven’t had much opportunity to see a difference in my nails, skin, or hair. The taste is quite pleasant though and I love that they seem to help me have a BM, as I have yummy issues that prevent it. So, even if they don’t work for the targeted issues, I will continue to use them as they’re great for constipation haha 😅
