Really like the way they look on my truck but had to pay to get them installed. Only tech people can do it

Installation Video Better than install manual
Rough Country has a YouTube video that explains installation much better than manual that comes in the box. My boards arrived first and everything else came the next day. It took me about 2 and half hours by myself taken my time, the boards were the hardest part I used a cardboard box about same height to rest the board, while working on other end. The small magnets, RC video showed a trick to locate them didn’t work for me I put the small magnets on the sensors closed the door and they pretty much located themselves, the tape on magnets like in video to make sure they are in position then remove rest of backing. Overall I’m very pleased with them seems well built and looks great compared to typical step rails.

Great customer service
I have them on 2016 Silverado 2500 for about 10 months and they work great. I really like them. Great fit, installation, etc. Last week they suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer support on Monday this week and they shipped me a new controller ASAP. It arrived Wednesday and solved my problem. All companies have issues with products, good companies make repeat customers by the way they solve product issues. I will not hesitate to purchase Rough Country products in the future!

Great buy
These are perfect. It took about 3hrs to get everything done. But everything line up good. Only thing is the instructions they gave in some places wasn’t true. They need to re look at some of thing thins. Like wrong bolt sizes. But over all they work great and fit snug under truck. Good buy right here!!!

Works great
I installed these just over a month ago and they work perfectly. Directions for routing and removing trim in vehicle could be better, but I managed. They look great.

The door triggers are easier to install than u think
Easy to install a lot of complaints about the c washers just watch the rough country you tube how to video makes it a lot easier for your install . He explains a lot more than the instructions
