I love this - bought to help with back pain which it does really well, it's also great for relaxation. Heats up quickly and is very easy to use and to clean after. It's fairly heavy and bulky which is a little annoying and makes it a little difficult to fold back in to the carry bag and store (but this is probably unavoidable really). That's my only complaint. It's a great piece of kit and provides a deep, relaxing heat that really helps with pain and leaves me feeling rejuvenated.

This is amazing. It really works to relax me that I actually fall asleep. As for sweating 🥵 my word I come out dripping and so is the blanket. I’d highly recommend this just for the relaxation but I do get a lot of pain relief and sleep much better the days I use it. I have also lost weight but I can’t honestly say if it’s down to the blanket or not

Fantastic sauna blanket. Used for 30mins with foil wrap. Sweated a huge amount. Dried myself off with towel included and Was able to collect pool of sweat which nearly filled a whole glass. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a wonderful blanket. It is well made... so far it functions great. The heat is not too hot and believe me I can take a hot sauna. The heat is deep and warms the muscles unlike regular saunas. I absolutely love this thing. After 16 surgeries and a lifetime of beating the crap out of my body this is exactly what I needed. I am post surgery foot reconstruction on both feet and I worried about my BP and my donor tendons being too affected from the heat. Well my BP dropped to normal because the circulation in my legs was so good from the blanket. I didn't turn it up all the way just to make sure I was not risking my health. The zipper is sturdy and it feels like nothing I have ever experienced. I sleep like a baby instead of tossing and turning from pain of many surgeries. I looked high and low for low to zero EMF. Life Pro has rated one of the best and it is affordable. Don't buy based on price, because we think the more expensive something is the better nope. Amazon had it on sale and I jumped. Gonna buy one for a friend as well. It comes with many mylar blankets for detoxing and it wipes easily with simple green or method organic cleaner.

I LOVE THIS! Hands down, one of the best products I have ever purchased for my wellness!! This product gives infrared sauna benefits, while lying down watching my favorite show, while keeping my head comfortably out. The blanket has a 1-9 setting up to 60 min. I usually relax in the warmth for the first 30 min, then enjoy breaking a good sweat for the next 30 (Level 9). After my session, I give it a wipe and let it cool and roll it up and store it in the closet. I feel relaxed, revitalized, and my skin is soft and glowing. The product is well made, has a good thick zipper and I enjoy the heavy leather like material. If you want to be able to do a sauna in the comfort of your own home, whenever you desire, this is a gamechanger!!! Thank you LifePro!!

Love it! I use it every day. Most amazing feeling at level 4-5. Better than real saunas in my opinion
