Sure you can. Ive have mine for little over half a year and i've left mine on 24/7, only turning it off for water changes at things like that. These are made to run a very long time continuously. Hope this helps!

The unit does vibrate but it has feet to keep it from being loud. It's about the size of the palm of your hand. I have mine sitting on top of my filter and it fits perfectly.

Can you adjust the air flow. I feel its too strong for my mini bow 5 gal tank with single betta?
