GOD be Praised!!! Sometimes I’m too busy, usually I’m able To!!! I try to do Body Contouring at least 1 Day a Week usually 2, usually Tue. & Fri.!!! I Walk-Jog-Run 3 Miles nonstop a Day Now; while carrying My Big 40-50lb Backpack, I try My best, Its My Solemn Vow!!! I carry My Backpack with Me almost Everywhere I Go!!! It has a Laptop in It for when things get Slow, as well as a Healthy Lunch & Snack to help Me to eat Healthier when I’m out on the Go!!! When out It’s too Easy to grab some Unhealthy Fast Food as you well Know!! When You’re Out, if You carry Healthy Food with You It’s easier to stay Healthy & not spend all Your Dough!!! Don’t get Me wrong, I like Unhealthy Food as much as Anyone, I just don’t want it to Show!!! I don’t deprive Myself of a Treat from Time to Time!!! To do so would surely be a Crime!!! I just choose to eat Healthy Most of the Time!!! Also, by wearing My Backpack almost Everywhere; I force myself to get more Exercise, I’m well Aware!!! This product improved my teeth; they now look very white. It's great and very easy to apply.

So this item should be delivered into two boxes with three whiting shots in each box. When i got my delivery there was only one box with three shots of whiting. I was sent to the companies website to inform them of the issues. (If you don't get two boxes or a box of six when you're sent to the website they likely won't respond as quickly as some sights do when you're seeking to speak with a person. This does NOT mean the company didn't respond. You leave a chat message and they will contact in a decent amount of time to continue the chat, which mostly means watch your email and respond as soon as you can. They will ask for your order number and address the item was shipped to and let them know if you only half the order (this applies to those purchasing 6 not just 3 whitening shots.) (I call them shots because they look like syringes, humor me). As for their effectiveness at whitening teeth, I'll be honestly, i don't notice drastic changes, though i suggest before you use this product take a photo of your teeth and when you finish the recommended seven days take a photo at the end to see if there's been any real change. The chart they send to check how yellow or white your teeth are is a little too small for me to really notice which level my teeth were and are at now. (I only recommend a bigger image of the teeth to honestly pair with my teeth or anyone using this product.) I will say i believe i do see a difference and that my teeth weren't quite so yellow looking at the end of my first go around, and about a month and half later i'm doing a second run. (If you're expecting to go from yellow teeth to bright white teeth, that won't be happening with this product. But that doesn't mean it doesn't work. It takes time to correct heavily yellow and stained teeth.) The mouth guard i got with the another purchase is a very slightly time consuming to put on the UV light disk. not a huge issue just eh. I use about 1/2 measure that's on the syringe to fill one side of the tray and repeat on the other. I recommend that you use the tip of the syringe to even coat the mouth guard. (This help keep the gel from gushing out or powering one tooth more than another and it also prevents it from gushing too much onto my gums.)

This product has worked as described. It hasn’t caused any sensitivity or pain. It is simple to use and easy to clean. I have ordered a set of gel refills to continue whitening my teeth. I like that it is just a 10 minute treatment each day.

This item works weel for me. After 3 days, my teech color chaned from 12 to 6 (according to the chart)

I could very quickly tell a difference in my teeth after a couple applications. It was easy to use, and I would just let it run while I did my hair or makeup for the day. I have since lost the teeth molds, but I will definitely be ordering replacements soon! In addition, it was very easy to clean, and I especially enjoyed the teeth color chart!

I usually do whitening strips, but decided to give the gel a go. I have sensitive teeth and was scared this was going to hurt at first, but after using it for the recommended amount of time, my teeth and gums don't feel sensitive or hurt at all. I try to apply the gel on the outer perimeters of the case, so it really gets an even spread on your teeth. Good for usage in the shower as it is waterproof. I bought the refills too.

Didn't work for me at first, then I started to apply gel on teeth with a cotton swab. Game changer. I put the required amount of gel on the mouth tray first then take it from the tray and put it on my front teeth.
