I must admit this is an impressive device. Super simple to use and ready to go out of the box. This is a very well made and durable product. This will make your forearms scream. Super effective and I am noticing growth and strength improvements in a short period of time.

Recently bought this device and loving it. I've neglected strengthening my forearms for too long and have bought all types of devices to facilitate an effective forearm workout. Finally found the one. Only relative drawback or needed tweak is some type of gauge or notch count to track the resistance when turning the nobs. I find it best to tighten one side fully as leverage and use the other side strength training. Solid piece of workout equipment that provides the forearm workout you need. Was a little hesitant initially due to the price, but after purchasing, I have found it well worth it.

I feel like this is a great burn-out exercise at the end of an arm workout. Good, adjustable tension that really fries my forearms.

This is a good addition to a home gym. I use it to warm up my hands, wrists and forearms prior to weight training. My only complaint is that the resistance adjustment keys are too prominent. They should fold down when not in use to allow more clearance for the forearms. I'd still buy again.

This thing is the real deal. Anybody from grandma to gigachad could get a good workout from it. Its light, its small enough to put anywhere and versitile enough to work anything from shoulders to finger tips. One draw back, it has sensitive adjustments. After fiddling with it for 30 second though you'll get the hang of dialing in both knobs for your ideal setting.

Great device. Have weak wrists and within a few weeks can tell they are getting stronger. Helping with my gym workouts my grip has improved

The rotation movement is not smooth enough and the grip is very tough and you will need to wear a gloves if you are planning to use it for a long time, but for ten or twenty rotations you will be ok

Received this today. Out the box it's ready to use. Adjustments by way of two wing nut type fittings, so easy. First impression is it's very well made, light to handle, and the grips are textured so as to enhance the grip. So.. to using the item. Oh my, straight away you can feel it working, you feel the burn. Wow, very impressive bit of kit. I think because it is so convenient to just have handy, you can literally use it whilst watching TV or just sitting with a bit of time on your hands, therefore you do more reps than you think, due to its convenient size. Comes in a nylon zipper bag should you wish to take it on your travels or to the office, out walking, wherever. I would say a lot are put off by the price, and I must say, I did hesitate myself, but took the plunge and am very, very pleased, so for me, I will say it's value for money and certainly gives you a workout.
