It might fit all cars, but it will not fit all necks. Depending on your height it might not fit your neck, probably if the height is between 5.4 to 5.9 foot it would fit ur neck. I am 6 foot and I have to keep adjusting the pillow so that it fits my neck.

Loved the product. The cushion is comfortable and soft. Very good for long drives. Co-passenger enjoyed it more. But as a driver, the vertical adjustment is not there which is a con for me. I have to sit lower in my seat to get a comfortable spot.
