Bought them several times now. Price is so much better than genuine ink

Extremely happy with these cartridges, works perfectly with my HP Deskjet printer.

I dont print masses in colour, mainly Black on white so perhaps unsurprising that the first colour print each time is sometimes a little patchy, sometimes colour rendering questionable Otherwise when in regular use good product at a fair price

Work as well as the originals and being XL seem to last forever.

Rubbish stopped working even though cartridge is nearly full.

There was a compatibility issue with the cartridges but a very helpful person helped resolve my problems

Simple fit and HP inkjet seemed to accept them actually showing full content yet saying non genuine but still works

Arrived safely and working without issue.

I bought these Smart Ink cartridges in March but only opened them recently, and my HP printer immediately showed the message: “Cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip.” The printer completely refuses to use them. I contacted Smart Ink support, who confirmed the problem is due to HP’s latest firmware and said the UAE reseller should handle refunds or replacements. Unfortunately, this means the cartridges are unusable and a waste of money. I strongly recommend checking compatibility or buying official HP cartridges instead.

رفضت الطابعه قبول الحبر و مع الأسف خسرته الطابعه لا تعمل مع نوع الحبر و ذلك بسبب ان الشريحه لا تتطابق مع الشريحه الخاصه بالحبر الأصلي

The black cartridge is not working. When I hit print the paper comes out blank.

This product is a scam because HP printer firmware will straight flag it as non‐HP product and then block its use by your HP printer. Don't buy it. It's cheap compared to HP ink cartridge products but it's a Waste of your money... SCAM...
