I tried these on a whim, and wow am I glad I did! I use these for pickleball have been dealing with plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Now, I have a great variety of insoles, many recommended by Foot Doctor Zach: Move, Powerstep, Currex and others. I also have the generic Pickleball Insoles that are super cushioned. Well, not one of them are as effective as these for the heel pain from plantar fasciitis. These reduce the pain to near zero. Combined with basic stretching and I'm almost pain free. Amazing! The one drawback with these is that they are thick. So your foot does lift inside the shoe, and if it was a tight fit to begin with, then these may not work for you. But for me, Babolat Jet Mach 4 run on the looser side and these work extremely well. I also like New Balance basketball shoes for pickleball and these are working well for me in them too. Lastly, in the past, I've had Achilles tendonitis. These insoles do have enough heel lift to keep that at bay as well. So again, I'm very glad to have found these. AND being 50% less than the "name brands" doesn't hurt either! I may stock up in case they're discontinued, which does seem to happen with these off brand Chinese imports.

These insoles are definitely worth the price. I weigh 120 lbs, so I figured that if they work for a heavy person, they should feel very comfortable to me. I walk alot so foot health/pain free walking is very important to me.

HOKAS INSERT REPLACEMENT! Will update on the feel after 2 weeks! I bought my true to size fit size (8.5) and as you can see in the photos there was a huge gap where the big toe would sit that I could feel while walking around. I decided to take a chance and return the insole and get 2 sizes up (10-10.5) and cut the half-ish inch or so off the top. So far it seems to fit in the shoe, however, the arch seems to have shifted up a bit as well. I’m not sure if that’s a game changer for me yet so I’ll update in a few weeks.

I have high arches and have custom made orthotics, but I don't love having to change them in and out of boots all the time. I put these in a pair of slip on work boots and I've had no complaints, fit well, comfortable and they're supportive. They are a little thick though, so lace up boots I tried them in first they didn't work with.

I like the semi-rigid plastic arch support. They seem like a well built device for the money, and that they will last some time. However! Be forewarned: these are very bulky, heavily cushioned insoles. They will take up a lot of space in your shoe. I wore them today in a newer pair of hike/street Danners, and found the bulk of these PCSole inserts to be too much for the shoe. They caused my ankle to ride too high in the heel, creating slipping, and friction that would easily lead to blistering. I removed these, and put a flatter, cork based insole back in. Best used in shoes (or boots) with a notably tall profile.

Better quality than most. Fit is good. Love the feel.

My feet were hurting. I didn't know why. I even developed a huge blister on the bottom of my foot, soI decided to try these. When they arrived, I still had my blister but tried them anyway, oh what a relief. I ended up purchasing another set for another pair of shoes I had. They are so comfortable and my blister is healed. These will be the only inserts I buy from now on.

I use this for marathon training along with my custom ortho pad. It reduced my foot pain for long run.

After trying 20 different kinds of insoles - from dr.scholes, steppers ect... I decided to try these insoles for plantar fasciitis, been suffering for 5 months. I'm on my feet for 8-9 hours a day. These are the most comfortable insoles out of all of them. My feet dont ache anymore and I've only worn them 3 times. Excellent product!

Ordered these off of Amazon Vine in exchange for a honest review because I am always looking for insoles with high arches. These one have very high arch support. Higher then the standard and are pretty soft and supportive as well. I ordered the size 13. They fit true to size into my hiking shoes. They are nice and wide to . Good for trail runners with big toe boxes. The heal is a jelly type material. Pretty soft yet bouncy at the same time. Under the upper palm of your foot is another white foam pad to add more cushion. The bottom has a rigid blue plater on it to keep the high arch support form. This is padded with like 3 extra layers of foam. They are pretty light weight as well considering. I own heavier ones. I like them so. They really support my high arches and that was the main reason I ordered them. I can recommend them to anyone who needs a comfortable active insole who has high arches. Thanks a ton.

These are absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I work in a casino so anybody who knows, knows your on your feet as soon as you step into the building. These insoles have been amazing!! The arch is perfect, the support & comfort is anything better than i expected. I am a bigger person to and its hard to find support when youre on your feet all day but These insoles honestly one of the best things I have purchased off amazon. I do suggest if you are going to buy these for work, definitely wear the insoles for a day or two outside of work and get use to the arch support, it is high and a little uncomfortable at the beginning but I found by my 3 shift I had no problem with them after and love them!
