I used to buy the Superfeet insoles. These I think are better. The Superfeet are hard and rigid. They become uncomfortable if you wear them too long and they squeak! Gross! I switched to these about a year ago. The prices are better and I still get the same benefit of arch support. Also, the green Superfeet insert is kind of ugly when removing your shoes; it screams orthotics. I like that these look like any other cushion in my shoes.

One thing I have learned along my journey is how important it is to be consistent when helping your arches gain strength and feel supported. 1. Stability shoes are key. You want shoes that stabilize your gait as you walk and stand. 2. Most of our leg, hip, back, and neck problems start from our feet. How we choose to support our feet is important. Invest in your health when the opportunity arises. Your body is your home, so make sure it is comfortable and at peace. 3. Wear these insoles any time you stand. I know it's tough when we want to wear slippers or sandals when we're not going out, but the more you wear these, the better it is for your feet and your back. 4. Insoles that are wide are important. You want full coverage to provide the kind of support your feet need. Walk on, and take care of yourselves!

I have flat feet; as I've gotten older I've been having foot, knee, and hip issues, some of them related to my feet. These are the bess insoles for flat feet. They're comfortable, the arch support is perfect, and they've made a signific difference in just a few days.

Attractive, seems to be made well and fit my shoes just fine. However, they provided no relief nor substantial increase in support beyond my New Balance athletic shoes. Maybe they will work for others.

I hurt my foot and was diagnosed with Fasciitis from walking in shoes with bad support. I had been in pain for a couple months with it only getting worse. I got a pair of these and started getting better. I ordered more for my other shoes and after a couple months of wearing them, I'm pain free again and can wear my "Hey Dude" like shoes that caused the problems.

My husband is a vet and on his feet all day. His ankles and feet kill him all day long normally. These insoles changed that. He's around 300 lbs and 6 feet tall and no insole has worked better for him. Good thickness, but not too thick. Well worth the cost.
