If you follow the instructions to set the appropriate temperature to what your cooking and wait 7 minutes before you begin cooking , the hotplate performs well and cleans easily afterwards.

I bought the Ninja Sizzle mainly for smash burgers, but it's blown me away with how versatile and powerful it is. The preheat is fast, the heat distribution is even, and the lid really does help cut down on smoke and splatter. I’ve used it for everything from burgers to beef bacon to thick lamb chops, and each time it delivers an amazing sear while keeping the meat juicy. Cleaning is easy, the build feels solid, and it’s compact enough to live on the counter without being in the way. It gets hot enough to rival outdoor grills but is still safe and clean to use indoors. If you’re into grilling but want something low-smoke and reliable, this is 100% worth it. Highly recommend — it’s become my favourite kitchen gadget.

Really nice grill . I would recommend for everyone. Easy to clean , not that heavy, oil free and nice durability.

There is no indication that it has reached temperature other then turning the temperature dial back and listen for the clock of the thermostat. If it has indication of when heating and temperature reached be perfect. Cooking wise great, some are saying the non stick not great, using a light spray of oil does the trick. I have toasted bread dry and works great. The only addition I would like is a glass lid to cover eggs when cooking. I have bought a square lid but I would like a rectangular lid to fit the whole plate.

I love that this is so non stick making it really easy to turn food and cook evenly. It is so easy to clean and in just warm and washing up liquid water. Since buying It I have tried breakfast foods and a rice and chicken meal all of which cooked really well. I can definitely recommend it.

I don’t know it’s still in the box I’m worried a little bit about it or sceptical but the nonstick surface is very shiny but ninja reckon it’s really good as anyone got any views on this. That’s mine you worry I’ve not had chance to take it out yet in all fairness, but I wanna find out more about this nonstick.

I am a Ninja fan and thought I would add this to my collection. I am really pleased with it and use it regularly for steak etc. Meat cooks in a fraction of the time. Easily portable, easy to clean and will be great to use outside in the summer as an addition to the BBQ.
