Game changer!
This strap has been something I've wanted for a while now and I'm so happy I bought one, it's super comfy and easy to put on / take off. It's build really well and comes in packaging similar to the quest 3 itself and you get a really nice lense cloth included. The battery is really good and it doesn't feel to back heavy. It feels more balanced on your head and it adds hours more play time. To those that can hear the whine of the batter when it's charging the headset, I'd recommend using the quest without the battery plugged in and then when you get to about 60% I'd plug the battery in. This is what I did and I no longer get any noise from it. The padding is excellent and its a great fit for everyone. Overall it's a solid buy and I would recommend this to anyone whose looking for an aftermarket strap. Because of how good this one is I'm going to be buying the H4 halo strap at some point too as I feel that will also be amazing. Stop thinking about it and go for it, you won't be disappointed!

Great product, worth every penny!
This head strap is a game-changer. It's way more comfortable than the original strap, and the battery life extension is amazing. The weight distribution is so much better so I can play for much longer. Seriously, if you're getting a Quest 3 or already have one, this strap is a must have. It was very easy to install too, the guide on the box was clear enough, but there are guides on YouTube too if you aren't sure. I also find this strap makes sharing the Quest 3 with other people far easier. The stock strap was a bit fiddly to adjust onto other people's heads, this one is much easier.

Very well made. Make sure you disconnect
So this is extremely well made and makes a massive difference to the head stability, comfort and play time. Meta themselves cause the one minor issue with it so not dropping a star. If the quest is plugged in it doesn't turn off fully. When it's plugged in to this it thinks it's always on mains so even when off it will drain the battery in around there days. Make sure you unplug the quest from the battery when storing or it will always be flat when you come to use it.

Comfy, but is charging way too slow.
Comfortable, gives 2 hours of extra gameplay, but charges super slow, like you need 4 hours to charge it and it doesn't matter how fast is your charger. Another downside is that you can't remove the battery for charging while you are gaming. If you are ok with 4 hours of gameplay per day then it will fit your needs. However its good for balancing the heavy Quest 3, without any counterweight the quest 3 is front heavy which can give some stress to your neck muscles.

Way better than the Meta deluxe battery strap and keeps the headset fully charged during use
Note: I have written the exact same review for the SPC version, only because I ultimately returned this one for that as it has compatibility with the charging stand (which this doesn't). As it's identical in every other way bar the charging port though the review is the same. The review: The default Q3 gave me a raging headache so I bought the official silicone face mask and the official battery band from Meta. These helped in a fairly big way but big is relative considering the bar was already so low. In reality they still put all the pressure on my forehead and cheeks and due to the lack of cushioning on the strap that also felt like a lot of pressure. So I bought this and my god is it worth every penny. I also grabbed the AMVR Face Cover from Amazon and these two things combined are genuinely like wearing pillows on your head. I could wear this thing for hours now whereas before I could barely manage 45 minutes and even that was not comfortable. The best part is (which I was not expecting), this actually keeps the Quest 3 charged fully while using it! I played for a full hour and a half earlier and the headset was still at 100% with only the headband having drained. That was not possible with the official Meta headband which is mind blowing. The build quality is also incredibly good. I expected this to just be some Amazon knockoff but no, the packaging and the product are both high end. If you don't care about charging this with the Kiwi vertical stand then you don't need to get the SPC version, so you can save yourself £30 there. It's literally the same headset in every other way. Worth every penny and nothing bad to say. Very rarely do I think things deserve 5 stars that's what I'll give this. Easily.

Soft, lite and comfortable
I bought this for my Meta Quest 3 and found it to be good quality, easy to install, comfortable on the top of the head. The head strap is very lite so there is no pressure on the top of the head.

Fits just right
What a difference! Setting it up is really easy. So comfortable compared to the headset you get with it. Putting it on and taking it off is so easy just by turning the knob at the back. Fits all head sizes. Made with real quality. Looks really good too. Extra battery pack is a bonus! Would highly recommend if you’ve got kids that wanna keep swapping having a go on the vr.

Great fit and quality
Great quality and fit. I can't comment on the longevity of the battery yet as I haven't had the strap long enough yet. So far so good with the extended battery time. Very easy to set up and use. Very comfortable. Looks great. Good weight and centre of gravity. Good balance. Good design. A very good product.

I tried a couple of others, sent them back and finally got this one. It adds a solid 2+ hrs of gameplay using 80% brightness AND AR passthrough on the Quest 3, and over 3hrs of gameplay with 50% brightness and no AR passthrough. (Tested on Synthriders). The quality is excellent, it's not too heavy, even the packaging was of surprisingly good quality. From the moment I opened the box I had a feeling this was a much better item than the others I'd used. It is comfortable, doesn't fall off during vigorous gameplay, and is adjustable using the strap on a tightening wheel on the back for quick tightening and release. It came pre-charged at around 70%, which all lithium batteries should. A few other brands I bought came empty or less than 10%, which indicates poor battery quality or poor storage. I would definitely recommend this add on for the quest 3.

Good quality strap, fits perfectly on my head and is comfortable to wear. Battery charges very slowly but you can just leave it charging overnight and it'll be great. Also if you're not using your quest for a long time it's better to unplug the battery from the headset as it can drain it's battery, even if you're not using it

When I purchased this headstrap and battery combo I was looking to improve on the original Quest 3 comfort. I looked around online for a decent headstrap and kept finding people were getting better results when a battery pack was helping distribute the weight from the overly front heavy HMD. I saw that this product by Kiwi had lots of good reviews and for the price, decided to give them a chance. I must say, I don't regret it at all! It in fact has been a great little addition to the Quest 3. I'm writing this review over 1 year after purchase, and I can't stress I am very pleased with it. Fits great for me, makes the HMD better balanced which improves stability. Not to mention it was at a great price when compared to Meta's version. The head strap has a padded area that helps with improving fit and comfort, as well as at the back of the head. Over a year now with it and it still providing extended times. I'm not a heavy user though and never took the time to track how much additional time it gives, but it is much more than the standard headset provides. I know that much because I've been in situations where I learned the hard way about the Quest 3 desire to stay on despite shutting it down which left me only the HMD's internal battery to use. That, did not last long the times I've used it as such. So I was surprised on several occasions when I picked up my Quest 3 and saw the HMD was running on its own internal battery. The Kiwi battery was discharged. I found it weird because I left it fully charged over night before unplugging the Kiwi battery from the wall charger. Little did I know that what happened was that the HMD after being shutdown, continues to operate a state of charge indicater, while it remains plugged to a power source. That is, because the battery was plugged to the HMD (the Quest 3), the HMD considered it a regular charger and continued to run the face sensors and battery SoC sensors. If you activated the sensor by using a cover on the lenses you would even activate the display. My thoughts are that the designers realized they have no external way of showing SoC of the battery on the Quest 3. So they decided it would just turn on the screen to show you the SoC of the battery. The point is, because the battery was plugged into the HMD the HMD did not fully shutdown draining the battery. Once I found out about that I began unplugging the battery from the HMD when I was done. Which pretty much solved that issue instantly. That is by far not a problem from this product but rather a behavior of the Quest itself. Now, again, I'm not the most verse individual with the Quest 3 but I know a thing or two, so I'm almost ashamed to admit I didn't really learn thoroughly my Quest 3. It took me forever to learn about the facial interface and how it can be adjusted for things like wearing glasses. I had a period of use with this headstrap and battery where I still felt as if the weight was heavy on my face. Almost like I wasn't getting even distribution. I felt the pressure most on my nose. I adjusted the distance between the eyes several times to see if I was just pinching it. Well, when I finally found out about the facial interface adjustments I immediately felt the results. No more pinched nose and the weight seemed to lift off my face. Before, using the original straps, the headset felt when loose like it would slide down my face and when tightened it felt like it would pop off over my head. With this, the headstrap feels well placed on my head and doesn't feel like it would either fall or pop off. I highly recommend it for anyone with a Quest 3 (I can't speak for any other Quest, I only own the 3).
