Great product but because the labels are the same… I ordered the wrong product.

Difficult to swallow
I haven't noticed much change since using the supplements. I will comment that they are so big that I often choke on them, even if I cut them in half. My PCP suggested crushing them and putting them in soft food. I will try that.
