These adjustable dumbbells are a really good deal for the price. They're holding up well in our home gym and seem pretty sturdy. I got them for my son, who's just starting to lift weights. They're a solid starting point before moving on to heavier ones. They stay in place on the bench, which is a relief—no annoying rolling around. The grip is comfy and non-slip, which is important. My son likes that changing weights is easy, making it quick to switch up exercises with the right weight. There's a tiny issue with the fixing sometimes getting a bit loose during use. Luckily, it's an easy fix and not a big deal. Overall, my son's pretty happy with these dumbbells. They're doing the job for our home workouts without breaking the bank.

Plates are a bit too bulky, so they will cause ROM problems, but they are very cheap and convenient, and they work really well. They came with gloves, stable clips, and nothing was broken.

Montage assez simple et très pratique pour faire un peu de sport à la maison. Les poids se changent facilement selon l’exercice, et le mode kettlebell est sympa pour varier les entraînements. Pour un usage quotidien et des séances simples à domicile, c’est largement suffisant.

Pour le moment je n'ai pas utilisé la barre complète, sinon c'est très bien pour muscler les bras les poids sont bien on peut laisser dans le garage sans de problème comme c'est du plastique ça ne risques pas de rouillé, bon produit pour un peu d'exercice de mise en forme.
