Damaged and missing parts
There are two damaged parts and missing screw nuts in main pakage and i am unable to reach out anyone to complain

Fraud.
Dont buy this product. Very cheap quality. Handle bar full rust chain and sproket damage. Wheels arw bend. Totaly waste of money.

Mostly good with some issues
First, this is a good cycle. Installation - use a professional (those are difficult to find these days). The bottom of the basket had some welding issues and bends. Still useful but could have been of a slightly higher quality

I recently purchased this Leader cycle from Amazon for my daughter (Class 7), and we are extremely satisfied with the experience. Pros: Fast Delivery: The cycle was delivered even before the estimated date, which was a pleasant surprise. Build Quality: The cycle feels sturdy, well-designed, and perfect for daily use. It looks beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Kid’s Verdict: My daughter is very happy with it! It rides smoothly and is very comfortable for her. A big thank you to the Leader company for providing such a high-quality product at a great price. I highly recommend this one!

Defective product plus bekar seller
Dont buy this product from the seller . No one is there to response you even the product is defective and no one cares to answer the call tried many times. Also no one is sending the installation video

Full five stars if not for a broken mud-guard
Product is good. Value for money but the front mud-guard had a big crack and dent. Assembly mechanic opened the box and went ahead and assembled and then we realized that the dent was too big. Sent pictures to Amazon seeking replacement of the damaged mud-guard but Amazon wanted initiated a return of the entire assembled bicycle back. Found this quite ridiculous as the cycle is in fully assembled form. So canceled the return and currently using the cycle with a broken mudguard. Barring the mudguard, the bicycle is really good. Only had the mudguard been replaced I would have felt like the purchase was worth its weight in gold.
