They do help!

Gross and disintegrates. Don’t buy

Loses flavor very quickly. Doesn’t taste that good. Barely does the job anyways. Starts to disintegrate after a while and tastes extremely bitter and stuck to my teeth. Absolutely disgusting. Wanted to return but apparently no returns.
