I have a CCTV system with Sansco recorder and cameras. I have always been very pleased with the quality of output from these cameras, their solid build quality and reliability. So I decided to add another two cameras to the system. Unfortunately on installation one of the cameras developed a fault, and a feeling of impending doom descended on me, and the difficulties of replacement etc. I needn't have worried the Company replied to my e-mail within the hour, promised to swap me out another camera ASAP, and were good to their word, within 3 days I was up and running again. I always believe that you cannot judge a Company when everything goes well, but you certainly see their true colours when there is a problem, and their service was awesome. I highly recommend this company as a place to shop with confidence of a good support system should issues arise.

Terrible Quality, Don't Buy

This is yet another camera to replace a failed SWANN product. Considering the price (under £20) it offers very good value for money. Just ordered another one.

Ho acquistato l'intero set (telecamere + DVR) ed installate all'esterno a circa 5m di altezza. Le telecamere sono di una discreta risoluzione in particolare per essere posizionate così in alto la visione complessiva è buona. Potrebbero migliorare i MP per ottenere un'immagine più pulita e risoluta. La visione notturna è buona ma se si necessita di coprire uno spazio grande è consigliato accompagnare l'installazione della camera ad un faro ad infrarossi esterno. Ho avuto qualche problema con la visione notturna su una telecamera ed un'altra si è completamente guastata creando un'immagine a video di soli colori; l'assistenza ha provveduto a spedirmi 2 nuove telecamere (di nuovo modello in quanto le precedenti erano fuori produzione) e l'alimentatore del DVR (non incluso all'acquisto - nota negativa) in modo gratuito, lasciandomi però a carico le spese di spedizione ed i dazi doganali, praticamente ho speso come se le avessi ricomprate nuove. In generale sono un discreto prodotto commerciale.
