Taste pepper’s comeback
Kampot was, until the late 60s, the taste of Europe’s pepper. During the French Cambodian protectorate at the beginning of the 20th century, all the pepper used in France was completely Kampot Pepper. It has just the right flavor for the recipes that developed there and spread throughout Europe. Then nearly all production was wiped out in a revolution. Today it’s coming back. This is the taste of that comeback.

TAAAASTY!This Kampot white pepper is delicious.I have tried this white pepper, the black pepper, and the red pepper from this manufacturer.All three were great - low heat and much flavor.Remeniscent of fruit and maybe flowers.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not So Special
After reading about these peppercorns, I was expecting something quite special. In my opinion, they're just OK. The flavor is subtle. I much prefer the tellicherry peppercorns.
