The handles are comfortable and of good built quality, I was looking out for a 4mm Jump Rope and was not able to find one and then I bumped into this brand’s wingz rope and thought to give it a try, after a month of use I must say it quality really stands out and its handle are unbreakable, (this is me saying it after owning 6 long handle rope) I must have smashed it like so many times while doing releases. The cord has enough weight to get good feedback and its performance, speed is just amazing to get down your double/ triple under. Perfect Pro freestyle rope.

Handles are comfortable, Stong & Sturdy with a good grip. Best for releases, DU's, and Crossovers. Provides good feedback and the speed needed for Doule Unders; My DU's has gone up from 3 to 8-10 and have made a good improvement on releases. Long handles are best when you want to amp up your performance, that extra length of the handles does help a lot.
