Good quality, solid, fitted my loo nicely and easily. Dropped one star because the magnet holding the child seat in place could be stronger. Occasionally the child seat drops as the lid is lowering, but not really a problem.

Perfect toilet seat. I love the toddler seat for little ones and the feature to remove the seat for cleaning purposes. It is easy to install and perfect for toilet training.

Bought this after using a separate seat and step for some time which my 2 year old liked to take for a walk around the house. Fitting was straightforward although I found that it was tricky to get fixed firmly I think this is user error and I need to tap the lugs into the toilet a bit further before screwing in. The soft close works well and both my 2 year old and 5 year old are using it successfully.

I rarely leave reviews, but this toilet seat was such a disappointment that I felt I had to warn others. No matter how tightly it’s installed, it constantly gets loose after just a day or two. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to keep adjusting it over and over again. On top of that, the plastic feels cheap and flimsy, definitely not built to last. The seat feels weak and low-quality, which only adds to the overall poor experience. The main issue, though, is the inability to secure it properly. It simply won’t stay in place, making it basically unusable. If you’re considering this product, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This was a complete waste of money.

However, after a few months of use, the connection started to become loose and the seat now moves around. I’ve had to adjust and tighten it multiple times over the weeks to keep it in place. Itts a useful product for families with young children, but the long-term stability could definitely be improved.
