CRUA 24.5" FHD 200Hz Vertical Monitor, Height/Pivot/Swivel/Tilt Adjustable

I run The Northeast GA Weather Center and we needed a few new Monitors that were reliable and provided us more screen space. The CRUA 34" monitor ended up being our final choice. The price was fantastic and played a big part of our decision to purchase. The monitor is very sturdy and well built. It came packaged very well "I recommend saving your packaging so that in the event of a move or something you can safely transport it." The quality of the monitors imagery is fantastic and is just as good as our name brand high dollar monitors. If you are a gamer this monitor is a fantastic choice as we also use it for this purpose. It has an amazing refresh rate and 4k and UHD videos and images come through in great detail. We will be purchasing several more of these monitors for our weather center as well as our other regional weather centers. We are now big fans of the CRUA brand and we highly recommend this product to everyone! You can not beat the quality or the price!

I know this is advertised as a gaming monitor, but I decided to get a large, wide monitor for long work hours to replace my two 27 inch monitors. It has just enough width that you can easily split the screen and work side-by-side. It is genuinely helped my neck pain since my posture is staying straight. There is no lag in the monitor and it has a pretty good design. Nice and thin, sleek. The amount on the back of it was a little strange, but I figured it out. The only thing I don’t like about this monitor is you cannot adjust the height up and down and it does not tilt but for the price I can live with that. It does give you the option to mount on a wall, which is nice. This might be a me problem, but it didn’t want to register with my thunderbolt docking station. I ended up needing to plug it directly into the laptop, which is an ideal. Haven’t figured out if that’s the monitor operation or if I need to connect it in a different way. Overall, this is a great value for the money.

My 27” 1080p 60hz so from 2012 finally died on me so I was looking into replacing it. As I was searching, I came across these unknown brand name monitors. I read the reviews and they seemed solid. I was also looking into finally being able to make the jump to dual monitors with my PC and letting my TV be a TV finally. They are thin, sleek, great looking monitors and LIGHT as a feather. My old monitor weighed more than my Siberian Husky. I set them up with Hannuo dual monitor arms and these things make me feel like Tony Stark prepping for a mission in the Ironman suit. 165hz at 1440p makes everything smoother than silk. Games in my PC have never looked better. I can see everything, there’s plenty of room for multiple windows, and easy to plug in everything. Adjustable settings from brightness and contrast, you can make these monitors do pretty much anything you want. They don’t have speakers to save on weight but let’s be honest, if you’re running two of these, you’re more than likely running a nice speaker setup. Down the road I might but a couple more, once I build my new PC and run 4 monitors at once. No ounce of regret in purchasing these. Forget the name brand, save some money, buy these beasts of monitors and get gaming on the next level.

Unfortunately, my experience with the monitor was disappointing. I purchased it in December 2025, and after approximately eight months of relatively light use, it stopped displaying an image or being recognized by multiple computers despite troubleshooting with different cables and connections. CRUA customer service was responsive and polite, but the warranty resolution was disappointing. Although the monitor was still within the company's one-year warranty period, I was told that a comparable replacement could not be provided. I was offered a 60% refund if I kept the nonworking monitor, or a full refund if I paid the return shipping myself. I also asked about the repair option listed in CRUA's warranty. I was informed that the monitor would need to be shipped to their repair center in China and that I would be responsible for the international shipping costs. CRUA acknowledged that this could involve significant round-trip shipping expense and risk of additional damage. Fortunately, I had purchased a separate Asurion protection plan, and Asurion ultimately approved reimbursement for my full $149.99 purchase price and provided prepaid return shipping. I appreciate that CRUA's representatives remained courteous throughout our correspondence, but based on my experience with both the product's longevity and the practical limitations of the manufacturer's warranty, I would not purchase this monitor again. I strongly recommend that buyers carefully review the warranty terms and consider purchasing separate protection coverage.

4 stars only because it has 3 dead pixels on arrival. Which is odd because the monitor was wrapped well. I’m too lazy to send it out and return it, and the 2k resolution makes the dead pixels so small that I barely notice it anyway despite being in the center of the screen. I had to actually look for them to even notice. Otherwise, the refresh rate is high, the picture looks great (smooth yet detailed at the same time) and I’m very satisfied with the product. There are a lot of image settings and color ranges to choose from. If you’re not in the know, higher resolutions require stronger systems. You may sacrifice high frame rates if you’re not prepared. If you are streaming video, the video quality must match the monitor’s high resolution to enjoy the full potential of the monitor’s high resolution. Also keep in mind that many games play at fixed frame rates like 60 fps, despite what your monitor’s refresh rate is. Personally, I think 4k is pointless because it requires so much system power. 2k is perfect for mid to high level gaming systems since it bridges the gap between quality and performance. I always wanted a monitor like this and I’m happy with the price. I would vote 5 stars if it weren’t for the 3 dead pixels.

Great monitor - we’ve had it for 3 years now with no issues!

I needed a new gaming monitor since the one I’ve had for the past 3 years fell over and cracked. I contacted the manufacturer to purchase a screen replacement from them but they didn’t not offer any screen replacements for sale. So the hunt for a new monitor began. I initially planned on a 2k but decided to first settle for something a step up from 1080p but not exactly 2k so I went with this 1440p that I came across while browsing online. Have to say I struggled with it at first because many of the settings were grayed out and I couldn’t make any picture adjustments due to that. Turns out I had to shut off HDR mode which honestly was the best choice. I got this monitor just to play some games on my new PS5. (Had to replace the old PS5 because it gave out and Sony wouldn’t replace it unless I admitted to damaging it which I did not, it was a faulty console) and once I figured out how to properly work all of the setting’s, I fell in love with it. The picture quality as well as vibrant colors are beautiful. I’m running up to 120 FPS on games that support 120 for the PS5 at 1440p and I’m impressed. If a 1440p at 120FPS looks this great, then I can hardly wait and see what a 2k from this company looks like. I highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a good yet inexpensive monitor. You know honestly, I haven't used a flat monitor for years and it felt weird for me at first but this monitor is actually really nicely built for the price. UHD, HDR, 120hz.. what more could you need? I love this thing and the base doesnt even take up a lot of space. Its perfect for anyone honestly. Very lightweight, easy to setup, speakers.

Needed this so I could fit two monitors on my desk. Use it for surfing the web when watching shows

La verdad que el monitor es muy bueno, los materiales no serán de gran calidad pero son adecuados para su precio. Lo único malo es que su base es fija y el HDR no se ve tan bien (aunque creo que yo no he podido ajustarlo bien, por lo que prefiero dejarlo en SDR).

No he tenido problema hasta ahora con el monitor, espero que siga siendo así. Edit: El monitor empezó a fallar mostrando una especie de flickering extraño en la pantalla. Muestra como unas líneas raras y empieza a parpadear. Pensé que este problema se había solucionado solo, pero parece ser que persiste y no sé cómo arreglarlo. Basura de monitor.

El monitor es increíble, una vez se configuran los colores la calidad de imagen me dejo asombrado, sin mencionar que también soporta 165hz de tasa de refresco e incluye los tornillos para montarlo en una base distinta, una compra muy buena por un precio bastante razonable para lo que ofrece.
