Curology Gentle Facial Cleanser has been a game changer for my sensitive skin. I have dealt with acne since I was 12 years old and I am now 48. This by far has been the best thing for my skin. No embarrassing harsh breakouts anymore! My complexion looks better and my T-zone on my face is clear. With Acne products, you basically have to do trial and error. What works for someone else may not work for you. This formula is gentle on the skin and you will start to see results within the 1st week of use. I finally found a product that truly works well with my skin. I am so Grateful. I highly recommend and I will continue to purchase.

I have sensitive skin on my face (eczema). This is gentle and has caused me no issues eczema-wise. Doesn’t leave my feeling dry, but my skin always feels clean. Great option to try if you’re looking to change cleansers but wary of shocking your skin.

Very sleek designed bottle and works well for breakouts. The pump works well compared to other face washes. Leaves the face feeling very clean, has a pleasant smell.

My favorite cleanser. I cancelled my Curology subscription years ago bc I don't particularly love all of their products, but this one is a winner. It is excellent for removing makeup and emulsifying on the skin to remove excess oil. I'd say I have dry to combo skin. Despite being in my thirties, I frequently deal with breakouts and this has really helped. The fact that it's unscented is also a bonus.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. My face wash arrived without a cap—a quality control failure that many other reviewers have also noted. When I attempted to get a refund, I was required to drive 30 minutes to a drop-off location to return the defective item, which is unacceptable for a shipping error on their end. Mind you the cap wasn't even in the box, so whoever loaded the product knew it was broken. On top of the poor logistics, I am frustrated with the brand's direction. Despite raising prices in 2025, the quality seems to have gone down. The new packaging is inferior, and the formula changes for non-subscribed users were unnecessary. The old bottle and formula were perfectly fine. Curology needs to stop "fixing" things that aren't broken and bring back the original standards.
