知人の勧めで購入。冷製パスタやドレッシングなど生でニンニクを食すお料理の時、子供達には辛かったりする為、こちらはそれが抑えられていてマイルドに仕上がり良いです。しかも、オーガニックというところも良い。ただ、ニンニク大好きな私にとっては、生のニンニクのガツンとくる感じはないかなぁ、、と。でも、十分ニンニク感があるし、ニンニクがない時、ニンニクをすったりが面倒な時にかなり重宝します。
