Can I mix this with water?

I been using this for years and I add a banana with ice and NO milk. Sometimes I add 95% dark chocolate which is proven to be healthy. I run it in the blender and it comes out thick and tastes good. It's all preference. Add fruit to give it a good mix of taste and consistency if you prefer.

I travel in an rv. How does that work??

Get a blender cup you can use on road. Does keep me full for 4 hours.
