I'm still enjoying playing with it as a toy, but I suspect with different amperage batteries it has greater capacity. Even with a very minimal battery it is excellent at basics like household lights and charging devices. I suspect it should be able to power a simple pump or fan motor and stronger motors with higher amperage. The light is a nice feature. Works well with the existing Ryobi batteries. It is not likely to work with high amperage items like a toaster. But I expect it will be very useful in an outage.

We didn’t even know this existed but we LOVE it. It works great! We plugged in a big fan and it ran on high for 40 minutes on 1 battery. We are excited to be able to charge our phones while camping and plug in things.

This is a really nice power inverter for SMALL items to be plugged into. Make sure you pay attention to the voltage of anything you are using. If you plug in something that requires more power than this can handle, it will ruin your battery. Not this inverter, but your battery. So be careful. It is very easy to use! This is so convenient to use with all DeWalt compatible batteries for charging your phone or laptop while you are away. It's a great power bank. I was hoping to plug in a light for working in a basement with no power, but it didn't do well, so that was a bummer. It's easy to connect items to it and easy to slide the battery on and off.

This product ended up ruining one of my expensive DeWalt batteries, and that alone makes it an automatic 1-star review. It is compatiable with DeWalt Battery as advertised, but do not trust this product! I used this inverter exactly as intended, primarily for charging small devices through the USB ports. No heavy loads, no abuse, no power tools, nothing extreme. It worked fine the first few uses, then suddenly my DeWalt battery stopped working entirely after using this product. The battery is now unusable. The product claims to have all kinds of built-in protections including short-circuit, over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, overheat, overload, and over-discharge protection. Based on my experience, I have serious doubts those protections actually work as advertised. I cannot say exactly what happened internally, but something clearly failed. Whether it shorted out, improperly discharged the battery, or damaged the battery management system, the end result is the same: a dead battery and wasted money. The unit itself also feels extremely cheap. The plastic feels flimsy, the build quality is questionable, and overall it does not inspire confidence. It does have features like USB ports, a light, battery indicator, and a 3-prong AC outlet. But honestly, the 3-prong outlet should have been my first red flag. A grounded outlet without a true ground connection from the battery platform makes very little sense. That design alone raises concerns. I would genuinely be interested to know how many other buyers have experienced battery failures after using this. Bottom line: do not waste your money on this product. Losing money on a cheap inverter is bad enough. Losing an expensive DeWalt battery because of it is even worse. Buyer beware.

Good little gadget to have while camping. Only downside is the fan always runs when its on so it consumes battery even when you're not plugged into it. The Milwaukee one is better in that aspect. But its good value for the money to me.

Worked just as advertised. Compact, east to store, portable. Not especially impressed by the little LED...200 lumens might be useful in a complete blackout, but you're not going to be doing any reading with such light. I used the AC plug instead to plug in a regular table lamp that had an 1800 lumen LED bulb and it filled the entire room with enough light to see everything clearly. As long as the designed limitation of 200 Watts is not exceeded....which normally isn't a challenge with small electronics...it works fine. It has shutdown protection, but as long as you avoid high wattage things like hairdryers, space heaters....mainly things that generate either heat or motion...you should be fine. It will however, power a basic box fan which typically runs at about 50-60 watts. It has a little 1 page "manual" that is about the size of a playing card...which basically tells you that its your responsibility to be aware of the Wattage of the items you plug into it and not to exceed 200 Watts. Exactly what the consequences are of exceeding the limit...I'm not sure. I would assume that the shutdown protection would protect the unit and the battery (hopefully) but I don't think its hyper sensitive to small spikes above the limit because the little manual mentions peaks up to 400 Watts...which I'd guess means that if it is brief enough to not heat up the invertor, it can cope with brief spikes above the 200 Watt limit. The manual wasn't very clear about how it gets reset if the unit shuts down, but its reasonable to expect that there will need to be some cool down time. A far better option is just not to exceed the unit's 200 Watt capacity in the first place.

Such a great gadget!!! It’s compatible with my Milwaukee batteries. Charges everything. It’s so cheap $ !!!! Beats 150$ price tag compared to Milwaukee one at Home Depot. Awsome!!!

Cuando le pongo una batería que esta completamente cargada (20V) el inversor da entre 85 a 90 Volts de CA y conforme baja la batería (18v) el inversor manda 110V de Salida. Para mi no me genera tanto problemas. Soporta si soporta hasta 200w, los plásticos están aceptables y no se calienta mucho.

I bought it so I can use my electric moka pot at job sites. Works good. I like the Turn on/of feature. The flash light doesn't seem to be useful. Nevertheless, I'm totally satisfied for now.
