Yes and I wouldn’t but it again. Not practical and it keeps moving around. It’s not stable or is a good quality either.

It's universal so it fits most prams. All you can do is try it and if it doesn't fit return it x

Does it fit a bugaboo donkey?

I think it would fit the majority of pushchairs. Has 2 different positions for shoulder straps to thread through. As long as it fits baby length it should fit the pushchair.
