I would not recommend buying products from Dr. Trust due to my disappointing after-sales service experience. I purchased a Dr. Trust heating belt, and within just 6 months, half of the belt stopped working. I contacted customer support multiple times regarding the issue. However, without any physical inspection of the product, their team concluded that: "As checked, this product is being used for heating purposes during the winter season. However, it is not ideal for that type of use. If the speed/intensity is increased, there is a risk of overheating or burning." I found this response unreasonable because customer service team decided on their own that the product was used during winter and rejected the issue without even physically inspecting the heating belt.Despite contacting customer service three times, I received the same repetitive response every time, with no proper resolution or inspection offered. In my opinion, there is no real benefit in purchasing Dr. Trust products if warranty support is not properly provided when the product develops a fault during the warranty period.

Very helpful during period pain. Gives good heat and is easy to use. Felt relief after using it.

Good heating. Out of 3 selector switch,(high, medium and low) now only 2 are workingviz., medium and low). I recommend to increse the length of the cable by another half meter and price can be adjusted accordingly. Similarly, the switch size can be reduced.

WARRANTY UPDATE - As per the brand employee's request, I sent the heating pad y shipping it by myself to them, they received it on 10th DEC, and since then they have been giving me extended timelines, they assured me it will be resolved in 2 weeks, now it has been more than that. I don't understand why it should take almost a month to see the burnt Item and also to give me either the replacement or the refund whichever comes in warranty. Hence, I strongly criticize the brand, their product as well as their service. Never Buy anything from Dr.Trust.. They are not trustworthy as their name says.. Firstly the heating pad was under warranty and it all of a sudden overheated and it burst with smoke and smell, I immediately unplugged it to prevent further damage! Then I mailed their customer care along with the warranty details, invoice and also the video of the burnt product, they just kept transferring the mail one after another to different people, and kept asking for invoice and video again and again.. I did sent them every time! Then in the end they again asked me to contact on the whatsapp number, I also did that, and shared the details and video,. And after waiting for day, they replied that as we didn't hear from you, we are considering this issue as resolved! This is the scam! Horrible company, horrible product and horrible customer care! DO NOT BUY!
