Had my first Sound Asleep mattress for over 6 years, and it got quite a lot of use. Motor was still going strong before it got a puncture. Purchased my second one for this holiday season. Customer service is amazing and the product it great. You can actually sit on the side of the mattress and it still holds up! Highly recommend.

The SoundAsleep mattress has proven to be an excellent product. Inflating and deflating the mattress is straightforward and convenient. One of its standout features is the ability to adjust the firmness, allowing for a customized sleep experience. Notably, the firmness level remains consistent throughout the night, contributing to a restful sleep. After using the mattress for a year and a half, an issue arose. Upon contacting customer service, the response was immediate, and the problem was resolved efficiently. This level of support was a pleasant surprise, especially considering current market standards for customer service.

This is a great product—a significant upgrade from a previous air mattress we had, both in ease and in quality and in style too. It looks good, is super comfortable, and so easy to inflate, deflate, and store. Great customer service too when we had a small issue with the order—prompt and attentive!

I moved from one state to another and all my furniture is in storage and waiting to be transported to my new residence. I needed something to sleep on short term so purchased this inflatable bed. Have been sleeping in it 2 weeks straight with no issue. I occasionally add more air because it is being slept on night after night but nothing substantial

The air mattress is great. The mattress inflates well. You cannot over fill it. It deflates fast with the pump. The cord could be longer. The motor isn't quiet but it's fine. It holds air very well. Until it didn't. After almost two years of a lot of use it started leaking from within the motor. The mattress comes with a 1-year warranty. But I was outside of that warranty. I emailed SoundAsleep and they expedited a mattress to me. No charge. Even being outside of their warranty. There no back and forth. Just form then sent. This was a great mattress to begin with. But with warranty and customer support this is the only mattress.
