Great customer service. So comfortable
I never write reviews but I have to rave about this company and their amazing customer service. I purchased this mattress about a year ago and after a few uses I had a small tear near the seam. I contacted customer service with a photo of the default (tear) and the next day they send me a brand new one. This mattress is one of the most comfortable blowup mattress I’ve ever had so I definitely wanted to keep the same one. I actually give up my bed when people come to stay with me and I sleep on this mattress because of that comfortable. Get it!!

Fantastic Customer Service
Purchased the full size mattress. Very happy with it but after two months a leak developed. Tried repairing it but couldn’t due to the location. Contacted customer service and they responded the next day. Had a replacement mattress in two days. Highly recommend the product and the company that stands behind it.

It's comfortable, easy to store, works well and is backed up by the company that manufactures them!
The customer service from SoundAsleep was excellent! I have been using the mattress occasionally over the last couple years. When I had an issue with it not maintaining air around the pump, they were happy to help. The packaging the bed came in was great. I had stored the information that had been included with the bed, which included a phone number. I called and was greeted by a customer service rep who was able to take care of my concerns and they backed up their product 100%!!!
