My favourite cheese sauce. Tastes exactly like the one from the cinema, it’s my 3rd carton

5* for what it is
As a British person this sauce is fantastic. You can whip up a "home made" lasagna, pasta bake, stove top pasta dish, chicken, pork, vegetable bake, moussaka etc using this as a base. Knocks the socks off ready meals and takeawys and isn't far from what a skilled home cook could make from scratch. Its a very tasty timesaver indeed. Obviously if you are buying this and can't use additional ingredients like pepper, garlic, salt, cheese, fish, ham etc ..a d want to drink it cold out of the carton ...it might be lacking in taste and "gloopy".

The price has increased nearly 400% since last year.
Great product, however this was under £15 last year and is now over approaching £60. This is a ridiculous increase in cost so now it does not represent value for money. Simply too expensive.

perfect with fries
SO YUMMY. I've been looking for a sauce like this for so long, ever since I bought cheesy fries from a burger shop but usually these types of sauces are only sold to businesses like restaurants but I'm glad I found this. It taste identical to the ones from food shops

Brilliant!
I have wondered what difference this would make to producing the type of sauce presented by James Martin using Demi Glace. I saw this and decided to give it a try and was not disappointed - far from it! The result was delicious and had a wonderful look too, to add to the presentation. This will be a regular item for me now.

Do not buy , advertising misleading
This is very misleading ! Just received one ? When in advert it said set of 12 ? So paid £13.47 for 1 x 1 litre of sauce - beware !

Worth every penny
I thought this was expensive but decided to try it anyway. It’s worth every penny. Beautiful, deep flavour which cannot be achieved at home. I used about one third to make the tastiest ever steak diane and I froze the rest in ice cube trays. I add a couple of cubes to gravy and the flavour is transformed. It’s become my ‘secret ingredient’ and it goes a long way.

Nice taste but not as thick as other sauces so use warming methods not microwave as it will turn to water otherwise a nice taste dip with the nachos!
