The bottle works as advertised keeps the liquid hot and cold for a certain period of time. I am yet to check how long as I havent done any test to make sure that their claims are accurate. Now coming to the product it's of good quality one good thing the sets this product apart from others is that they provide a steel cap with the steel insert which is a good thing as most other manufacturers make steel bottle with plastic cap which defeats the purpose for those going for steel bottle to avoid plastics. One drawback I would say would be a concern on the cap mechanism.. Its made of plastic. A drop at a wrong angle will break it. Soo you need to be careful with the bottle. All in all a good value for money product. Highly recommended
