Firstly the plug needs an adaptor which you need to buy separately . Took it out of the box and it won’t even turn on. I even tried to contact their head offices . Very unhelpful . Waste of time. Do your self the due diligence and go with a company that has the correct plug and are reliable.

Wasnt working , the steam comes out from everywhere.. requsted a return a month ago and no response !

I’m so glad I bought this steamer! It’s compact and easy to use. It steams and irons my clothes very well. I don’t need to iron anything when I have this. The quality is there. I would definitely recommend this steamer to anyone. It’s compact enough for home and travel.
