This product has been great. I've been obsessed with the Mixhers sleep and I think they discontinued it so this has been a good substitute. It works great and I sleep amazing and wake up not groggy at all.the taste is great and it mixes easy in water. Worth every cent to have a great sleep!

The taste is okay.. have to add another flavor to it: like lemonade, ect. It is effective.. in under an hour, I’m asleep.. an fully night rested. The four stars is for the taste alone. But once mixed with lemonade or something.. it’s drinkable. I would buy again.

This stuff helps me sleep. I can’t sleep without it!! I buy them every time I’m out!! I started with the drinks before they only came in powdered form. I hope they keep continuing this item!!

Works well but I believe I’m allergic to one of the ingredients in this product. Not sure what but I have trouble breathing right after taking this product. The last time was so severe that I will not use this product anymore.

Som Sleep powder drink mix did not help me relax and fall/stay asleep all night. It actually kept me up all night! I did this about three nights and then I gave it to my mom. She had the same results as me-up all night. The drink powder drink tasted good. It mixes well in water.

Som worked wonderfully to help me fall asleep and keep me sleeping through the night. It combines minerals and vitamins to help you relax and sleep better, and they work. The single use packets are perfect for travel or home. The powder dissolves easily and quickly. As directed, I took it 30 minutes before I wanted to be sleeping and I could feel its affects within that time. My body relaxed and I dozed off quickly . You wouldn’t think Som is only 10 calories because the Berry flavor is really good. No weird aftertaste either. Great value for what you’re getting. Now we need them to make an energy version.
