Perfect at home trimmer
This trimmer is a cheaper knock off of a more well known brand, and it is almost just as good. Recommend to me by my barber, it has been my daily go to for trimming my beard and keeping those lines sharp. It cuts cleanly, is easy to handle, and is easy to charge with a USB C port. It isn't quiet, but it isn't particularly loud either. The battery life is sufficient enough for the use of one person, but I wouldn't recommend it for a professional who would be using it all day. The design, whilst functional isn't particularly attractive either. But for the price, and for personal use it is the perfect trimmer. I prefer this trimmer to the Braun and Phillips trimmers I've used in the past, and they started at triple the price.

Trimmer Won’t Turn On – Completely Defective and No Support Available
I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. After only a few months of use, the trimmer suddenly won’t turn on, even after an extended period of charging. It only shows a red light, which stays on constantly, and the device does not respond at all. I have tried everything advised in the manual and on the website to get it working again, but nothing helped. I then tried contacting the provided email address, but received a message saying the email is invalid – even though it is listed on your official website. There is absolutely no way to reach support or get help. The product has always been properly maintained, yet it fails without any apparent reason, and the customer service is completely unreachable. I am very curious if support will finally be offered. You will be hearing from me
