This is my fifth baby and the first time taking this and it’s AMAZING! I have breast fed all of my babies and this is the first time I have not had a clogged duct. My breasts have been lump free since the beginning. My baby’s is two months old and sleeps about 7 hours at night and I never wake up with a clogged duct. Saved me from stopping breastfeeding. I was away from my baby and exclusively pumping and could not get anything out. I was close to getting mastitis and having to go to the hospital when someone recommended this product. As soon as I got it, and took it, I got so much out that I almost went over the cup I was pumping into. I do not leave home without it when breastfeeding. It is safe for the baby and completely changed my experience as a working mom who had to exclusively pump.

I couldn’t go a day without it. At the beginning I got multiple blocked ducts and mastitis, I read that sunflower lecithin helps.. I’ve tried other brands but this one, this one works! I take them daily, ensuring I take them before bed as I go longer hours at night before my next pumping session. Must have for pumping mamas!

Ojo, leí una opinión que no ayudó a incrementar la producción. Este producto no es para eso, sino para ayudar a que la leche fluya mejor y descongestionar los ductos tapados. La marca tiene varios suplementos distintos para distintos propósitos, es importante leer bien 😊. Ahora para que la leche fluya mejor sí funciona perfecto, me siento menos congestionada y la leche fluye mejor cuando la extraigo. La super recomiendo! A diferencia de otros productos de la marca este es un super value pack! Es grande y va a durar un buen tiempo. Sin duda lo volvería a pedir si lo llegara a necesitar.
