I will start off by saying that this is the first review I have ever left, but I felt I needed to because this product has been a lifesaver. A week and a half postpartum, I got mastitis and had daily clogged milk ducts. I was in so much pain I was crying all day every day. I searched the internet for anything that might provide me with some relief and came across these gems. When they arrived, I had several huge hard lumps in my breasts. After 24 hours of taking the prescribed dose for blocked ducts I had relief! Definitely going to continue to use the maintenance dose daily. So worth the buy!!!

Bought this product after seeing some reviews on tiktok after I had a HORRIBLE case of mastitis. I have been using this as much as I can to maintain healthy breasts, but it is hard to keep up when I am feeding twins! However, Every. Single. Time. This supplement is fantastic! As a strictly-pumping mom, I struggled a lot in the early months of my son’s life with clogged ducts. I have had mastitis before and it is no joke, so I was desperate to try anything that helped to prevent it from getting to that point. This sunflower lecithin works perfectly! Even if I end up going longer than I should without pumping and I end up pretty engorged, I am able to fully empty without any clogs or, if I do get a clog, it clears right up if I put some pressure on it. They say that sunflower lecithin thins the milk out so that it doesn’t get clogged as easily and I believe that it’s definitely true. I was worried that thinning my milk would mean that it didn’t have any of the good fats in it for my son, but that’s not true either!

Pulled my clog out within a few hours. It’s always nerve racking getting a clog as you worry about it becoming mastitis. As soon as I felt a clog form I took a pill and it literally pulled it out in less than a day. Works great and I haven’t noticed any issues or side effects with my stomach or baby’s stomach.Would definitely recommend to have on hand if you’re breast feeding or pumping.

These are a have to have for breastfeeding moms! If you get clogged ducts or mastitis, you need these supplements in your daily routine. As long as I am taking these, no clogged ducts, but it if I skip, I start to get clogged ducts. I have used these with both of my babies now and would highly recommend them if breastfeeding.
