Touchless Faucet

This faucet cost about half what a Moen faucet would cost. The quality of the hoses and box to house the battery and mixer and the faucet itself were excellent. My only complaint is the hoses between the mixer and the faucet could have been longer to give me more option on where to install the mixer and have easy access to the batteries. Other than that, the faucet has been in service for more than a month without any problems showing up.

Faucet was a good price at $47 and came with a drain stop. Drain piece was huge, fits my bathtub drain but not my sink. Unit went in okay, but it leaks a little from the water connection, even with nuts fully tightened and additional materials. It doesn’t have a temp control, but that’s not the problem. It goes off constantly. Unfortunately, adjusting the sensitivity is only possible pre-installation. I would have to dissemble it, assemble it, test it, and repeat to get it right. It’ll stay for now. We’ll see what the water bill is like.

I purchased close to 40 of these faucets and we are starting to have problems with them and getting no response from the seller SML Products. That is why I am updating my feedback about the product and seller. Seller does not respond and you can't even get parts for the faucets. Don't buy from this seller or this product. The product we received were UpScalet faucets. They looked exactly like the other brand.... if you need to buy do it with caution and purchase the extra warranty.

I purchased 5 of these for my home. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised. It's only been about a month, but great so far. I out lithium batteries in them, hopefully, to decrease how often I have to replace batteries. Some ppl complain about the sensor but I find them to be more than adequate. Better than a previous automatic faucet I had. You don't want products like this to be too sensitive because they would trigger every time you walk by.

The faucet looks like good quality but my hole plate had what looks like water stains that won't come off. The instruction booklet was poorly written so i just followed the picture illustrations. The motion sensor works as expected. The water did have a metal smell the first few weeks but has since cleared up, I've had it installed for about 6 weeks.

This faucet was very easy to install. I love the look of it, and it works flawlessly! It’s so nice having a touchless faucet now!

To avoid kids creating a puddle around the sink everyday, we purchased this. Pros: Easy to install, good customer service, sensitive (took a little time to get used to when you are trying to wipe across the sensor), quick stopping water once your hands are away. Cons (I meant this as suggestions rather than drawbacks): Maybe make the faucet taller, such that hands have more clearance from the faucet when washing; right now to wash my hands, vertically there's like 2 inches clearance between faucet and my hands, it creates some unwanted splashes. Also, the cold water valve failed in 6 months. But customer service was quick to respond, the replacement part came within 5 days. Very impressive, and hope the replacement valve lasts longer. Overall I'm happy with the product.
