Mmm stressed and capricious
Level of shamanism I tried to keep them alive is unprecedented, idk what seller spoiled them with but they are worse than a capricious girlfriend - they can't breathe with 100 holes in a container lid , tap and mesh at the bottom of the container despite me controlling soil moisture, they don't eat fine blended vegan food remains. If you do nothing at least have sex - that's what humans do, but no eggs either. Eventually after a month they all dehydrated turned white and died in rot despite me adding dolomite lime and garden lime to control ph. Still makes fine compost through their corpses but expensive, cruel and unsustainable. Seller should add description: "they love jewelry and black caviar". Just put a sample of food you feed them or a drug to cure their anxiety, they would spray yellow stress liquid if you'd just breathe on them.I let flies feast on the compost and worm remains and then closed the lid - much more reliable release of nitrogen through maggots and what's important - it's free. Just don't "whooo let the flies out, BZ, BZ, BZZZ". Keep container closed until winter. I let it out from the system. P.S. Two worms are actually alive in a plant pot, they also behave weirdly, they don't poo inside the pot they pull out their asses from the hole at the bottom of the pot and put the black gold on a plant saucer under the pot instead. I scrub worm manure as 5 pennies return over dubious investment every week, it will take time to ROI...
