After reading the reviews, I was hesitant about ordering a tree but I'm glad I did. My father-in-law had always wanted a bonsai tree so I decided to get him one for Christmas. I ordered it hoping it would be one of the ones that came in looking full and green and not looking like a twig. When i arrived, I held my breath and opened the box. I could not have been more pleased, we received a beautiful, healthy, mature tree that will last for years to come. I highly recommend getting these bonsai trees, but I would stick to getting medium or large as they are old enough to be established already.

This beautiful bonsai tree arrived in excellent packaging. This was definitely a great price for the health and beauty of this tree. The pot was beautiful. I decided to repot the tree, but will definitely use the pot it was sent in. The moisture level of the soil was perfect and the tree is thriving. I have had it now for about a month.

This was the most spectacular bonsai I have ever purchased. It was exactly like the photo. I wish I could afford to buy 2 of them, it was so amazing I wanted to keep it! But the person I purchased it for loves and appreciates all kinds of plants - it was just perfect. I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you so much for doing a great jog and delivering what was promised and then some!

If you're a beginner, make sure you leave this thing outside and do not overwater. This is not a houseplant, it's a tree. Don't take it indoors in the winter either. Let it hibernate and rest and come back in the spring. Look up your US hardiness zone and see if this tree suits your area. Protect it from wind and pests. Don't prune it just yet. Wait. If you leave it alone (OUTSIDE!!!) and treat it like a tree, you'll be fine. The review: This tree is definitely NOT at least 8 inches tall. It's barely 6 inches. Wire was sticking out of the soil when I unwrapped it. The presentation could've been better. The tree itself is healthy. It should be okay outside with direct sunlight. It's just that I didn't get what I paid for.

Other than the panda that I added my pictures indicate exactly how this gorgeous tree arrived. I haven’t pruned mine yet but it’s almost identical to the pictures in the description. It came incredibly well packaged without a drop of soil or a fallen leaf outside of the tree itself and I believe that says a lot about this company. The height of my tree alone not including the soil and pot is 13” and the shape is phenomenal, it literally needs just a touch of tidying up and it’s perfect until the next pruning. My only issue, which was totally my fault, is that I thought I was ordering an indoor tree and this one is an outdoor tree, I’d only brought it inside for a trim as it is incredibly windy here today

I ordered one of your bonsai trees. It arrived and the box showed no damage. The tree is beautiful. But the pot it was in was severely broken into pieces. I ran to the local flower store and bought a $15 pot to put it in. And watered it, as it looked a little heat stressed. I hop it survives, as it wasn't very cheap. Attached are photos of it. It's not looking so good. It was dried out worse than I thought. Even after repotting and watering. Their shipping containers need to be marked FRAGILE on them so they are not thrown around. I will keep trying to save it, will repost photos in a few months if I can. Wish me luck.

Beautiful bonsai but very very difficult to keep alive despite following the watering & lighting guidelines.

We are newbie’s to wanting to get into bonsai’s. We ordered the medium juniper 5year old.. It arrived a day earlier than expected which made me super excited. The big box arrived which consisted of this bonsai and another bonsai that we purchased. The packaging was the best I’ve seen. The planter was wrapped with cellophane to help hold the dirt in place and helped stabilize the plants. The two plants were securely set into this tall box and cushioned with the styrofoam peanuts. WOW- thank you- thank you. Both plants came out better and bigger than expected. Will DEFINITELY order from them again- Brussels Bonsai.
