These capsules come in a plastic screw lid tub, and it has the supplement facts and daily dose information on the tub. It recommends taking 1 capsule up to twice daily with water. There are 90 capsules inside, which are light brown in colour, with no taste and they are only halfway up the tub, no idea why they didn’t use a smaller tub. When you unscrew the lid, there is a sealed tab on top sealing the contents inside. Once opened the bottle does smell a little, but not a bad smell, but I think it’s more from the plastic of the tub more than from the capsules as they don’t smell when they are out of it. I've been taking these for about a week now and I take two capsules first thing in the morning with my breakfast. They are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I haven't really noticed big changes, but I do feel healthier for taking them as I seem to have a little more energy but that could be me imagining it. I’ve also lost a little bit of weight but I am eating more healthier while taking these so it may be due to that, or the capsules and my healthy eating are combing to help with the weight loss. I'm hoping that in a few more weeks, I will see more results. I’m mainly taking them due to their weight loss capabilities as they can increase your metabolism. I am eating healthier so I’m not sure if these are helping or it’s just the fact I’m eating less and better.

I've been taking daily for a few weeks and haven't changed my regular diet or exercise routine. Sadly these haven't had any effect. They might for others though and the price seems reasonable so I haven't given 1 star.

Wasn't sure what to expect from these supplements and to be honest for a couple of days, nothing really seemed to be happening. About day 3 I did start to notice a change in the hunger pangs, they seem to be really cutting these down in so much I don't actually feel that hungry and then keeping me satisified for longer, with smaller portions seeming to fill me up more. So basically whilst cutting down calorie intact Im not getting the 'diet hungers'. Can only put it down to these pils, which are easy to swallow and no bad side effects, as they are the only thing I've really changed during my weight quest. So impressed so far, will see how they go for the duration of the bottle and report back, certainly the initial reactions are great. Well presented container, easy to read instructions and safety sealed at the outset. Seems a quality product that WILL aid weight loss, well certainly for me anyway.

I've been taking these Paradoxine Grains of Paradise capsules for almost a month now & have so far been quite happy with the results i'm starting to see. You get 90 capsules in the tub so depending if you are going to take 1 or 2 a day you'll have between a 45-90 day supply. The capsules were really small which made them easy to take which is a massive bonus for me as i tend to struggle swallowing bigger capsules. There was no weird after taste & i've not noticed any side effects over this last month since i've been taking them. To begin with i was only taking one a day just to see how my body would react to them, but can happily report after around week of using these i never noticed any side effects so decided to up it to the full 2 capsules a day for the remainder of the month so i could try to get the best possible results & post my findings. Now for a little context i am lifting weights roughly 5 times a week & i have been trying to keep my calories around maintenance throughout the month while taking theses which has potentially helped me to get better results. In regards to my results, after a week of taking just one capsule a day, i'll be honest i didn't notice any major improvements. For the remainder of the month i've been taking two capsules a day, my overall energy levels felt around the same as usual throughout the month. However in the last week or so i have started to see a little more definition in my overall physique & look a little slimmer. According to my scales, over the last month i did lose a couple lbs & a little bit of bodyfat, but same again i was trying to stay around maintenance calories throughout the month & was sticking to my usual workout routine so how much help was one verses the other is still up for debate, but visually i do feel as though i can see some improvements. Overall i've been pretty happy with the results so far. These Paradoxine Grains of Paradise capsules is something i would definitely consider using regularly if i continue to see similar results going forward.

While I'd love to say my belly has vanished overnight, it hasn't, and you rightly wouldn't believe me if I did. In fact, I can't really say whether it has helped me lose weight, or whether my running, diet or something else has helped. There does seem to be some scientific literature to support the use of Grains of Paradise to assist weight loss, though it is far from conclusive. However, what I can say is that they have caused me no harm, are easy to swallow, and are tasteless. If they do indeed result in my losing a bit of weight as well, happy days; if not, then no harm done that I can tell.
