I have started using RULE Cosmeceuticals Stem Cell Hair Growth Serum #4. My review is in the early stages of using the product (and my first experience with this brand.) First impressions. If you’re a young brand entering the premium hair and skincare market, you better bring some good branding. Mission accomplished. The serum is beautifully presented in a black box, with embossed printing inside. The matte black bottle is also nice with a unique push button dropper top. The serum is non-greasy. It is fragranced. It smells like alcohol and sandalwood to me. The scent leans masculine, but not overtly so. The amount of fragrance is noticeable, but not cloying. If you don’t like synthetic fragrance whatsoever, this might not be for you. I applied to my scalp at night. As directed, a few drops on the scalp areas (with clean, dry hair.) Not greasy and one application does not weigh my hair down. The ingredient stack in this product indicate that it is stimulating. I could feel a very subtle warmth (def not a burning type reaction.) I intend to keep using it at night. Something that confused me is how the product listing says to use a dropper a week, but the actual bottle says daily AM or PM. I think they mean to use a few drops daily, which adds up to one dropper full per week. At this point, I rate it as very good — 4 stars. It will take time before I will see changes in my hair.

This hair growth product was packaged and presented well. Unfortunately, I did not get any benefit from using this product. No hair growth was observed.

I have previously indulged in the Stem Cell Serum for some deep eleven lines and menopausal skin problems that were really affecting my self confidence. Still and yet, I was hesitant due to the expense and previous disappointments with other products that make promises that just do not measure up. This is not the case with RULE Cosmeceuticals. ************************* EDIT: I felt a need to come back and share my longer term result. I have been using this product for months, now and I have never had such good results from a hair repair product. Apparently this formula is able to penetrate my hair shaft and repair from the inside out. In an amazingly short amount of time, my hair has become so silky. Getting down to the root of the matter is the difference in my Scalp health. There were layers upon layers of dead skin cells and product buildup that I had no idea were affecting the ability of my hairs to grow. The RULE Stem Cell Hair Growth product began addressing this issue almost immediately, dissolving this layer of gunk. Now I understand their philosophy. There is no way that my baby fine hairs were going to be able to push up through that layer. Using my scalp massager, in addition to the product, enormous amounts of dead stuff began to loosen and become easily removed. My hair fall and breakage has been greatly reduced. It is actually healing my hair and the frizz and split ends are healing. My hair diameter has increased and that is something that I have been unable to achieve with any other product. It has been come much more 'swingy' and it has lifted my roots from being stuck flat to my scalp, lending lots more volume. It is worth every penny. It has restored my hair health and lessened the self confidence that had been lost. I have already noticed new baby hairs growing all over my head, This is pushing up the roots and giving me so much more volume and lift. I have no qualms recommending this product. I will definitely repurchase. It has given much needed support to the changes happening in my body. This is a Top Shelf Brand and Product. It is not a gimmick. I am a real person, with Decades of history, here on Amazon. I am not going to spend this much time and effort researching and reviewing a product that doesn't work as advertised. This one truly does and I am so excited to restore and repair the damage done by a lack of knowledge and Science. I expect phenomenal results over the longer term, given my experience and the improvements in such a short amount of time. It has given me hope as I enter menopause and prepare for this new phase of life. You just can't put a price on that. Thank you for allowing me to try this product. Highly recommended and I will definitely reorder. I am planning to incorporate several other products from Rule. A little goes a long way and this makes it much more affordable than at first glance.

I am trying to grow my hair so when I notice that the listed ingredient on this product shown stem cell along with the other great know hair ingredients know to aid in hair growth I wanted to give it a try. I have been using this for about a week plus. The package came in a well presented box and the product it self is in a nice bottle/container that easily dispose of the liquid serum. It is not watery and not too thick. It calls for 2 to 3 drops on the scalp and massaging thoroughly. I have not had any reaction. The box seem to indicate that it might take up to 6 months before seeing result. Though the length of time seem long but given that this product is aim to product result working from inside out by opening up the follicles through nurshing the scalp makes sense that it might take some time long as it actually works. The quality of this hair growth serum seem accurate and excellent so in about 6 months I am expecting to see some good result. I rated 4 star because I have not been using this long enough to rate for effective of the product.

This company advertises itself as a higher end personal care company featuring hair and skin products, seemingly aimed towards men although women are mentioned in many of their product descriptions. The company seems to have been around since at least 2023, looking into their social media presence. On YouTube they have 2 subscribers and their videos have ...10's of views, like 17 and 23 views on the two videos I found. They seem to be having difficulty gaining traction. Their products on amazon don't seem to sell well either. I say all this as part of a review as I was curious why and how a company has marketed itself as a higher end company and believes that their products are worth a high price point, such as this $100 hair serum. I'm not finding anything to justify this price point. The ingredients are basic and found in other hair serums from well known companies. You can purchase similar products on Amazon for more in the $20-40 range. For $100, I want to see hard data and endorsements from professionals.

So far only positive things to say about this product. Ideally additional time should be required for a thorough and more detailed estimation of its effectiveness; I have been applying it now for over 3 weeks and have not seen any negative symptoms at all. One big plus about this hair rejuvenator is that it goes on to the scalp and does not leave a sticky film at all and seems to be more readily absorbed into the scalp. The solution is also odorless and if used properly not very messy at all with very little waste. Also, I like that after a few moments of drying time I can style my hair as usual. So I'm very pleased and will give it five stars.

I have been using this product for a while and unfortunately I haven't seen any hair growth. I use it after showering and washing my hair. I part my hair in several locations and rub the serum into the part. The instructions say to use it every day on wet or dry hair. I tried using on dry hair and it just made my hair look all greasy so I started to just use it after washing my hair which is 3-4 times a week. Since I don't use it everyday maybe that it the reason I don't see any growth. Not sure. I'll keep using this and I'll update if I can see a difference.
