Not enough clear instruction
No complain about the product, not enough clear instructions how to install. Took awhile for me to install on the door

Great choice for home or small office etc. easy to adjust and works well.
Great product for home, small business, shed etc. Have had these in use for a long time, recent purchase is add ons since these work so well. The install instructions are not that clear but video instructions are readily available. Units work as advertised and are an excellent value for the function.

In a perfect world it would be easier to adjust for temperature ...
This has worked out well for a light wood entry door to a porch which we use 98% of the time. In a perfect world it would be easier to adjust for temperature changes but overall very pleased with the quality at the price. Not a commercial one but so much better than those small cylinder closers.

Pretty good, but not perfect
Works as advertised. Unobtrusive. Cover falls off, but you don’t need it.

A great way to waste time and money
This may be the worst Amazon purchase I’ve ever made. The instructions are the worst and most confusing I’ve ever seen. Even online resources were not enough to make this worth it. Took far too long to install and the overall quality of the product is incredibly poor. Don’t ruin your door with this.
