Ahhh - I SEE!
Best solution - I use "readers" in my woodshop. These have helped me from having to take on and off my readers to switch for my safety glasses when making my cuts and doing sanding. They are functional and very comfortable, and they serve as great eye protection. Great safety glasses, and so far they have not scratched. Good work glasses, with good lenses, and anti-slip feature.
These work well. The lenses are easy to see through and magnify at just the correct amount for my use. The only complaint, that is shared by many glasses, is that when working upside down and sweating, the lenses fog up. The extra protecting sides make that a bit more noticeable from regular glasses. However, they also protect better because of it. The glasses also do not slip off easily because of the rubber grips on the nose and ear areas.

Best magnification safety glasses
These safety glasses are amazing! I needed some magnification and these +2.5 glasses are so clear and give me great all around vision. I will definitely buy another pair for backups.

Pretty close to perfect for me.
This is my third pair of these glasses over the last few years. First pair were my normal 1.5 for both near and far vision. After a couple years of lawn work, playing diy car mechanic and related, I abused those things and picked up a few scratches on the lens. They are still doable in a pinch but the scratches on the somewhat soft lens is annoying. So 2nd pair I bought in 2.0 power for near vision. Works well for that and I have taken care of them so far and only very minor scratches. So I needed a pair of the same with a tint for the summer work in Florida sun and heat. Went back to my 1.5 power, good for both near and far work, and totally dig the light grey tint they come in. Only wish the lenses came coated with the latest goop to protect against scratching even if it costs a couple bucks more. These may be polycarbonate lenses for that matter, dunno... polycarbonate has good impact resistance but is susceptible to scratching if the lens is not coated with the latest stuff. Anyway they are pretty good, and good price IMO, and the newest one has rubberized coating on the part that goes over your ear, so that makes it more comfortable an less slippy when your sweating buckets. Still need a little more wear time on the latest tinted ones, but early results are encouraging for this old dude. Be safe out there.

See your work clearly again
I wanted to use these for a while before reviewing them. I've been using these for about 7 months now and I'm going to buy a backup pair to have on hand in case these ever break. They are surprisingly scratch resistant and pretty much the only scratches I've gotten are when I've smashed my face into something (like an exhaust clamp), protecting my eyes. Regular wiping with a dirty shirt has not left noticeable scratches. My regular safety glasses would be trashed by now. Some fogging during hot/humid work, but I think all glasses would fog in those conditions. No distortion that I have noticed. I wear safety glasses at work so have worn many different brands and styles. These are comfortable, have a slip-resistant nose piece, and good eye coverage. My only change was to add a neck retainer.

Love these but had to go with black Emerge
Very comfortable safety glasses. Very clear lenses and great protection. I work in a fleet HD shop and bought these upon recommendation by a coworker who also owns the the emerge black frames in which I swapped these out for on Amazon. The black frames were the ticket for me. Pyramex is hands down the best for quality safety glasses for those of us who need full readers. I've tried others and they just don't compare to this quality. Our shop is very bright so the clear frames were emitting light around my eyes. Unfortunately had to return them for black frames to cut down on glare. Not their fault everyone is different with different needs. The Emerge does have slightly larger lenses than the Plus model. But they are both very comfortable and quality glasses. The full lens readers have very clear quality. Go with this brand if you want true anti fog no slip off the face full readers that don't hurt your head behind the ears!

Wrong strength
They are nice but I received 2x instead of the 1.5x listed in the description.
