The service through the vendor was exceptional, as they provided real-time pictures and updates throughout the process. This was the first time I ordered a bobblehead from Yolie. When I received the item, it was perfect. The artists detail and craftsmanship was more than I expected. YES! this Officer went through the pain of stripping the color out of his hair, then dying his hair pink for donations during Breast Cancer Awareness. I highly recommend purchasing from Yolie as it's worth every $. I'm ordering another bobblehead with confidence that an addition will not be a problem. After all I've seen golf clubs, pets, etc.

First time writing review. Excellent: package, figurine image very very close, customer message and Madge alteration made ( all but one), timing of delivery. Issues: the skin color was too dark, everything else was excellent and seller did inform me he could not lighten, got package yesterday and sun glasses were broke, the shirt missing logo on left side (it was in photo, but it was my fault that I did not mention to seller). It still look good without it. I will definitely work with seller again.
