I have purchased the AGARO Rechargeable Scalp Massager, and overall, it has been a fantastic addition to my relaxation routine. The four rotating silicone heads provide a deeply soothing kneading massage that perfectly mimics human fingers, which is great for stress relief and scalp stimulation. I also love that it's cordless and has three different speed modes, making it very convenient to use and customize to my liking. Unfortunately, my unit developed a technical issue shortly after purchase and stopped working. However, this is where AGARO's customer support truly shined. I reached out to their help desk, and the team was incredibly responsive. They guided me through a completely hassle-free replacement process, and I received a brand new, fully functioning unit in no time. While it’s always disappointing when a product malfunctions, AGARO’s swift and supportive customer service gives me peace of mind. I purchased it one year ago 12 July 2025 in this whole year I hardly used it for 10 times now this device didn't charge I have charging it for many of hours but it didn't work at all if AGARO authorities read it please respond for your brand reputation

I recently tried the AGARO Scalp Massager SM3675, and it has become a part of my self-care routine. The massager feels very relaxing and helps reduce stress after a long day. The kneading motion is gentle yet effective, and the 3 speed modes make it easy to adjust according to comfort. It’s lightweight, portable, and very easy to use. I also love that it’s rechargeable, so there’s no hassle of changing batteries. The massage feels soothing on the scalp and gives a nice salon-like experience at home. It also helps in deep cleaning the scalp while washing hair. Overall, a great product for relaxation and scalp care. Definitely worth buying!

The scalp massager is a very useful device for people with headache and neck pain, such as my mother. However, the device was not charging after few months of using, I thought the charging cable might be faulty. I raised a complaint with Amazon Support, and they gave me contact details of the company. I raised the complaint on Friday, the complaint was registered and got details of service number via email and WhatsApp. On Saturday, the technical team reached out, and we got into a video call to explain the issue. Mr Soumyadip explained me the issue (rusting caused due to skin moisture/oil while using the massager), explained how to clean the charging contact points on massager, and provided tips on how to prevent such thing in future. I am really satisfied with the product and and now even more happy prompt support provided by the company.

Worst Product . Totally waste of money. I purchase this product and after 2wks of use, the product is not working. Though the company claim a 1 yrs warranty but no one is bother to reply both Amazon and AGARO.
