When I first opened up the products packaging I thought to myself how am I going to fit into this because it looked too small for me, and I thought that I purchased the wrong size. But it turns out that I didn't buy the wrong size and it fit me beautifully and I absolutely love this waist cincher so much. I word underneath a gown that is made of a material that is very stretchy so it doesn't holding your figure very well, so with wearing this waist cincher it gave me the correct support that I needed for my figure. I didn't have any problems with the center rolling down and to me it was quite comfortable as well. Like when you sit down with some centers they act like a corset and you can't bend or move comfortably and with this product I was able to move comfortably and sit down without being stuck in one position or having to move a certain way. I also love that it is a van type center because it makes it easier to go to the bathroom, like I didn't have to pull down the entire center and have to reset you a everything with that style, all I had to do basically was pull it to the side and carefully go to the bathroom which was nice. I definitely recommend this product and as for the sizing I'm not quite sure if I could recommend to others but I would say for sure that I'm glad I went with my sizing choice because it really held in what I needed to hold in especially after having a child and having that look that little mommy tummy. I am 5 foot 2 inches and I weigh 122 lbs. and it wasn't loose whatsoever and it wasn't too tight it fit me perfect and I had absolutely no problems with it and I will be using this many more times and I highly recommended to others who had to have that support and control their stomach or even their back. it is definitely perfect to wear with a gown or a dress and you can even wear underneath your regular clothes as well. Although I will say when it comes to a skin-tight dress or a spandex c material without any texture or design, that due to it being a song style it does show the lining over it ends through the dress. ( Like a panty line ) which I found that you could easily mask that with a pair of control-top nylons or pantyhose. But besides that and is an absolutely wonderful product and a 100% satisfied!

I purchased this one and it didn’t fit properly, it left me with panty lines and such. I wanted something that would cover up my mom stomach after having 4 kids. The *BEST PART* The company reached out to me personally and asked me if there was a different product I’d be willing to try, they sent me a replacement product to replace the one I had purchased as my main focus was my mom belly. And it works sooo much better! It covers up my mom belly to where I am able to wear shirts and pants without feeling like everyone is staring at me and judging me for how I look in my clothes. I am not huge but I’m not skinny either. I am 5’6 and 160lbs so I have been struggling with my body image since I had my last child since after I had my 3rd kid I lost all the baby weight and went back down to a size 5. However I’m older now and struggling to lose the baby weight this go around. When a company personally reaches out to you, to help you and want you to feel better about yourself, that means something! Buy it, try it and if it doesn’t fit properly that’s okay, all of our bodies are different shapes and sizes. I would recommend buying a bigger size than what you may assume as they do run small. But if you want to feel better and prettier about yourself, buy it! Even if it’s just the one to focus on your belly rather than this one, do it! You won’t regret it!

After reading all of the reviews , i was totally won over. I loved the pictures of everyone and I thought it would look so good on me because in tight fitting dresses I have a slight hourglass figure and I figured this would flatter it more. I’ve been working on weight loss so I really wanted to see if this might be good for me, you know? I tried it on and my first impression was “wow this is hard to get on”. It is tight so pulling up your legs can be difficult if you have thicker thighs. There is no way to disconnect it so you’d have to pull it down everytime you need to use the restroom. That was a bit frustrating for me. I will say, the inside has a wonderful fabric , perfect for underwear and feels very comfortable. So you don’t have to wear underwear underneath the “waist trainer”. The color is very yellowish , compared to my complexion. It seriously didn’t do anything for me at all. I think maybe it helped my butt in the smallest amount but other than that … it literally did nothing. I also got the size M/L, I felt so gross in it. It made me look worse than I actually do. I would recommend just getting a pair of tight booty shorts to go over your fupa, if that’s what your buying this for. Seriously .. it looked so good on everyone else, I guess it’s just my body.

I’m typically a size small in panties and leggings, and a size 4 in jeans. I’m 5’4, 138 pounds with wide hips, a big booty, and thick thighs. This thing was HELL to get on. It did snatch my waist but because of my wide hips and plump bottom, it rode up super far every time I would walk, like literally it barely covered the center of my kitty, and so far up my booty crack that it started to hurt. Good news though, it doesn’t roll down like other shape-wear that I’ve tried. I do actually love this one, but I will be getting a size up next time I order to avoid the issues I previously mentioned. I also like that it provides a little back support as well, because I had to get 2 epidurals when I gave birth due to the first having been done with a defective spinal catheter. Permanent back issues come along with that but this thing is sturdy and definitely helps so much! Even so, it is still comfortable as long as you get the right size.

This is 10/10 this baby snatched my tummy and butt up! I was able to wear so many tight shirts comfortably. No folding or back fat was visible! The thong isn’t so scary you can get use to it fast! This is obviously coming from a heavier girl! Not no flat stomach queen.

So I purchased this to wear under a dress for a wedding I was going to, I didn’t NEED it necessarily but I was just really trying to see if I could accentuate my curves a little. I’m 5’2 and weight 190lbs with an hourglass like shape. So smaller waist but thicker hips. When I first put it on, I thought I had found a winner! It felt very comfortable, the boning on it seemed to help ensure it would stay in place, gave good shape, etc. so I brought it to wear to the wedding and when I tell you, an hour in in had to run to the bathroom & take it off, it was unreal! For starters, damn this was giving me a wedgie but like a painful one!! Then the damn thing keep riding up over my sides and forcing itself up into my waist, which is of course small that my hips already but now it looks and feels insane because the tight fabric pushing in that one spot made it look like I was wearing a corset that was pulled too tight. Then because it was boning, once the fabric had made its way up, the rods where basically stabbing me. It was so tragic. I had to tolerate it through the ceremony and was a good sport through the cocktail hour but by the time the reception started I just couldn’t do it anymore! IT HAD TO GO! Maybe it will work better for other people who aren’t and curvy as me, idk, but it was a nightmare.

I’m loving this. Slims you out. No more donut hole showing thru your shirt or the over hang on the sides of your jeans. It snatches everything in. I wear with everything. I also have a bad back and it helps me feel more secure as well. I had a big baby that stretched my stomach muscles out to the max. After the birth they did not come back together. It’s always been something I’m embarrassed of and something that prevents me from wearing certain clothes or makes me cover up more. I was surprised on how well this worked. I first tested it with a pair of jeans and a tshirt and couldn’t believe how good it looked. It does not constantly move like others do. It pretty much stays in the same place all day. I have NOT had to constantly pick wedges all day. Maybe that’s a little TMI but so many of these are that way. You do not see it thru your shirt, like other ones I have. It’s definitely worth the money. I will definitely be buying more.

I love that this keeps my stomach in but I would go a size up from what you usually wear as it's really tight. Other then that it looks great when I wear my jeans.

It is an amazing product!

This shape-wear is not very sturdy and the ribbing was incredibly floppy and kept rolling down. I ordered a small and even though it was somewhat tight, it provided no compression and creased in weird places as I wore it. After wearing it one time, threads were coming off and the seams were coming undone. You would be better to spend your money on Spanx for a real result and lasting quality.
