These did great while I was pregnant. Only complaint is the container and the pills have a VERY strong lemon smell. Luckily I put them in my pill box for the week and so it’s not so bad after it’s been a few days of being out of the original container. When you swallow it you have a slight lemon taste but it’s not bad. Just weird. Overall I was super happy with it. The pills were not huge and they were easy to swallow.

Bit pricey but pleasant to take and an essential nutrient for pregnancy.

Great prenatal vitamin my wife uses this in conjunction with the other vitamin from ritual. She will be using the post natal vitamin as well once she gives birth.My wife takes them in the evening because she has morning sickness. The choline is something that is in prenatal but having this additional 550mg of choline is really good for fetal development. They also don’t taste bad according to her.

I took these for two pregnancies and it was great. They have a flight odor to them but overall they are easy to take

The slight lemon scent and flavor helps so much!!! This is the only supplement that has not made me sick.

The lemon flavor is better but still makes me nauseous . How ever I believe that’s just a me thing .

Listen to the reviews, this product TASTES TERRIBLE! As a pregnant momma we want what is best for our baby but these are so hard to take due to the very strong, bitter citrus taste. I even removed the flavor tab immediately upon purchasing as other reviewers had suggested but it did not help. I ignored the reviews I had read because I enjoy citrus and figured, how bad could it be, but the taste stays with you for quite some time and it made my stomach upset. I am uncertain why these need to have a flavor tab as they are an easy to swallow capsule. Maybe in the future Ritual could make an unflavored version. It is unfortunate, these were an expensive purchase and due to the overwhelming taste, I will be getting rid of them. Please hear the other reviewers and save yourself money and an upset stomach by purchasing a different brand of choline.
