Mobile was very good but battery was very poor
phone set was just like brand new. seems never used and I was happy to see it BUT the battery was poor. although it was showing 100% but seems it was artificially boosted and mobile was draining in just 2/3 hours of use. i returned the phone and thanks to seller they returned full amount easily.

Great Value for Money. iPhone 12 Pro (Used)
Love the product received. Real value for money. The phone was genuine. Checked the serial number with Apple. Battery was at 100% health. I got the number of the seller in the package I received. When I checked regarding the battery health being 100% for a 4 year old phone, they confirmed that the battery was replaced on the unit. They also had provided at Type A (USB) to Lightening Cable with phone which was not useful because I ordered a Type C Charger. So they told me they will deliver a Type C to Lightening cable free of charge and that I don’t have to return the cable that came with phone. It was a overall good customer experience from the seller. They were quite responsive to my WhatsApp messages. Thumbs up to them. Keep up the good service.

O produto veio bem embalado, chegou bem rápido, mas estava bem sujo o celular ainda vou ter que pagar para fazerem um limpeza na parte do áudio, está saindo bem ruim. A bateria dele provavelmente foi trocada mais funciona perfeitamente. Somente que deixou a desejar foi parte do microfone que estão bem sujas que no caso terei que desembolsar para limpar! E celular tem poucas marcas de uso!

The device was intended as a gift for my brother in India. I recently traveled there on vacation and delivered the phone. However, upon unboxing the device and completing the initial Apple ID setup, we discovered a significant hardware defect: the microphone is completely non-functional. There is no audio output during calls, and the device fails to capture any sound. As I have now returned to Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, I have the device with me and would like to initiate the return process from my current location.
