Elvone Garage Door Seal Top and Sides with Nails, 40 FT, White

I don’t leave reviews, But I’m impressed. Went on easy , neat , and without fail no air or rain. Good product.

Easy to use but the peel and stick glue is a little weak. Doing the job yourself, do more then pre mark, pre screw a few spots end middle and end at least. Prep, adjust, work one corner and drill in that screw and then paste up the rest, adjusting on the way. If the glue strip was a bit larger the top door seal would have been easier. Decent product, follow up with a silicone bead.

Easy to install works good. Keeps the bugs out.

I was skeptical about this product because of the low price relative to other options, but it is a very good buy. The construction is substantive and makes for a good seal against the garage door. It is easy to install with an adhesive strip to hold it in place before securing it with screws (provided). The screws cone with caps to hide them and make for a neat and attractive installation. Altogether highly recommend.

The seal on my garage door seemed to be lacking so i ordered this. the seal itself seems like decent quality. however the tape is....trash. lots of people said it holds just long enough to get the screws in, i did it in cold weather but it didn't even hold that long for me. And.... it recommends a screw every foot or so, 40' of seal...you'd assume at least 40 screws/caps right? i got around 30..... overall i think it was fair for the price, i wish the tape were better, and i wish they included more screws.

I like this product because it is pliable and sturdy enough to work with. What I dislike about this product is the plastic screw caps the screw slide through the hole. Ensure you purchase the other screw set which are sturdier and the cap covers are bigger and better. As the ambient temperature heats up the seal molds into place even better

The edge seal is too soft and will fold or get deformed very easily. I do not recommend this product! Unfortunately I’ll be purchasing a different brand to replace this. I waited over a month to install due to extreme heat weather, and missed the product return date!

A great improvement for virtually eliminating air, dust and insect infiltration at the head and jambs of a closed overhead garage door. I am seeing approximate 15 degree increase and improvement in attached garage temperature with 32 degree ambient. Relatively easy to install w/minimum hand tools. (Drill/Driver, Tape Measure and a flat work surface to layout and cut). The "peal off" adhesive on the contact surface is a great feature to aid installation and will work best at warmer temperatures. I completed my installation in a little over 2 hours in 55 deg. temperature. Adhesive bonded sufficiently on jambs but not so well on head where bearing weight of weatherstrip. Follow instructions and wipe down painted surfaces which will receive adhesive contact surface of weatherstripping. Plastic washer/caps for use at attaching screws add a finishing touch to installation. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to improve the environment of a garage.
